Hotel smells terrible. Smell was stuck in my clothes, even though we were only there for a little bit. First room offered was under construction. On the walk to the rooms the halls have wall paper peeling off, giant stains in the carpets, and the entire place is under construction. We didn't stay, left and found another place. It was 1:00am, so it took alot to drive us out. After the gave us another room, table tops hadn't been wiped down, and furnature was busted up and in terrible shape. The smell...

Their website did not indicate the entire outside area is overrun with weeds. The pool is closed and semi filled with dirty water. Tree leaves and branches littered the garden area around the pool. The fitness center is closed. Our bathroom had mold on the ceiling. The beds were comfortable and clean. The front staff at check in before 3:00 pm did not know the law about service dogs. It is against the law to charge a pet fee for a service dog. She was nice but I was firm. Later I left an info card to the front desk to help educate them about service dogs. The electric doors to the garden area were not working. I had to open them by hand to get our service dog a place to go. The children's play area was full of weeds. The entire “garden” area looked abandoned for at least a year. At least there was coffee in the room and a clean bathroom and bed. At 6:15 am the front electric doors were not working. I had to open them manually to let the dog out. When I returned to the room my room door key did not work. Thankfully my husband was still inside. Not sure what is up with this property but it is not what they are advertising.

The tub had brown stains on the bottom i was afraid to shower the towels stunk. The garage looks beat down old & unsafe. Elevators need some TLC the rooms were semi okay it had an odd old smell front desk was efficient though through check in & out.
