Stayed here on vacation since my boyfriend’s work was nearby. Laundry was in-unit and washing pods were provided, super convenient. Staff was friendly and building was quiet. Used the grill on the sky deck and had a lovely dinner on the deck. Great place to spend quality time with your loved one. Everything was clean and the kitchen had utensils, plates, cookware and a dishwasher. No spices or condiments but there is a big fridge. Best place I’ve stayed in Arizona, you definitely get your money’s worth and more.
Pool was nice but cold because it was never really sunny down by the pool. Ended up being shady but still too hot out.

The rooms are very big, full kitchen, large bathroom, and washer/dryer in every room. Grocery store is 1/2 mile away, and there are numerous restaurants. The staff is super nice, and they are walking distance to barrow's institute which is amazing. Great place to recover after surgery. Large living room.

Overall, staying at Mint House - Phoenix was an excellent experience! Very clean, convenient and clear expectations and instruction. There is a couple points of feedback: firstly, the instructions were clear besides that they gave me the wrong entry code to building. It was quickly resolved by calling the help number though! Secondly, is that the unit could have smelled better. It wasn’t an awful smell, just sort of odd. And lastly, a need for a secondary lock on the unit’s door. Just as a safety precaution!

The property was good. Only problem I had was returning and getting my keys. When I tried to return my keys it was difficult it wasn’t taking my fob I did call customer service they helped but it take 20min to try and fix. I just wasn’t a fan of that. Otherwise good stay

I loved my stay at the Mint. The property had so much to offer & it was sooo peaceful. I will definitely be staying here again. The only downside was paying for parking everytime you leave the garage versus it being Included or a base rate.

Was not given building code to get in. WiFi password did not work they provided. There were fake eyelashes all around the apartment. The shower was very sparse and therefore took waaaaay too long to shower. The thermostat kept adjusting itself every few hours. Woke up in the middle of the night to the room being 78 and very uncomfortable.

This assists to be a new property and they are working out some of their processes. I got an email with my check-in information but they didn’t give me a building code. It was late in the evening so nobody was around but luckily a resident came by and let me in. Getting my key from the box also took several tries. The key fob worked in general, but there was one door going to the pool that only worked for me once, and the access gates to the pool were problematic. The staff person I asked for help wasn’t particularly friendly. I really liked the apartment and would stay here again if I needed to be in the area, but I hope they work out some of these problems.

We moved our daughter to college and stayed at The Mint House for four nights. Our stay started off rough as the access code to the building wasn’t provided. We stood in 100+ degree parking garage for 20 minutes after a 7 hour drive, while waiting to be connected to a representative as there are no attendants on site. We finally reached someone that provided the code and we were in. You then have another code to access the units keys, which was provided. The two bedroom unit was clean and modern. The accommodations themselves were very nice. My only complaint is this unit is right next to a night club, so it was extremely noisey until about midnight. I wouldn’t have stayed here if I had known that. The parking garage does cost $15 overnight, but if you come and go throughout the day you have to pay each time. It’s not $15/day. If you’re staying here plan on the extra parking charges. There is a delicious breakfast spot walking distance and a yummy Thai restaurant as well.
