The property has been open for less than 2 months and everything was new. The kitchenette was just perfect. The location of the property, albeit next to the freeway, was quiet and perfectly located just a few blocks away from entertainment and dining establishments. I will definitely stay there again. I am glad to say their fire alarms work very well. During my stay a ding-dong guest burned their popcorn (May 7th) on my floor and activated the fire alarms. The emergency was averted and the rest of my stay was great!

There were no utensils also the room had no roll shade to keep the room dark I informed the front desk guy with bald head and he replied that there are two shades one in front and one right behind it when we returned Thursday evening we checked and there was no second shade. The first morning the sun was so bright when I awoke from a deep sleep I thought the room was on fire was unable to sleep comfortably due to all the light outside, we were also given a handicapp room our beds were very low we didn’t realize this was a handicapp room until we were departing, we assumed that this was the style, so overall lack of sleep was no good for us

This is a bare minimum extended stay facility. Two, plates, forks, spoons, knives and glasses. You have to supply everything. Cook top but no pots or pans. You have to buy them? Fire alarm went off at 2:30 am in the whole hotel because of someone burning their microwave popcorn. No one on the property after 10pm. Extended our stay for two extra days and then our plans changed and we checked out a day early. NO REFUND. We will not be returning

The property feels very secure and is in great condition. Very basic but overall a great value for the money. It was unfortunate on our first of the two nights that we stayed the fire alarm went off 5 times at around 2:50am. The first time it went off for multiple minutes and for instances 2-5 it went off for 30 seconds or less each time. Because it went off multiple times & the firetruck/firefighters were on site for over 30minutes & we were not made aware of what had happened (other than a panicked lady in grey scrubs walking through the hallway in a rush as the alarm was blaring saying, “Its a false alarm”, it was really hard to get back to sleep for almost 2 hours. When I asked about it the next day I was told that somebody burned microwave popcorn. We had to buy bottled water and get plastic utensils to eat. There is a dishwasher & a cascade pod is provided but unless you bring your own dishes there is no reason to use it. There is a setup of two glass top burners, a microwave, and a full size fridge. And the location allows access to several restaurants and is 5 mins from the Desert Diamond Arena & surrounding restaurants if you have access to a car. Overall very satisfied with our stay & the accommodations. Vending machines, a laundry room, a very basic workout room, & available coffee are nice assets too. Staff was very kind.

Walls are paper thin. Their staff decided it was a good idea to clean until 11pm outside my room. I heard nonstop talking, laughing, and vacuuming. I did not get any sleep until midnight. Additionally, their "blinds" were see through. I could see right outside and from the parking lot when the lights were on in my room, people could see me. It was terrifying and I couldn't wait to check out.

Property was very clean and staff was so helpful and friendly. The team members were so great with service. I would say this our last two days the elevator did go out and that was u fortunate for the company. This could have been avoided if they actually had two elevators and not just one elevator for 4 floors. I think it was too much strain on the one with how much it was being used. Other than walking stairs I would say that was great exercise for my family so no complaints just thoughts if useful information to help my stay was great.

Just opened 1 month ago but still in need of conditioner and lotion, would have liked a coffee maker in the room, luggage rack. There were 2 plates, 2 bowls, 2 glasses however no silverware. Would have preferred dish soap to wash dishes in stead of running the dishwasher. And the room had 2 Queens but only enough towels and dishes for two. They have just opened so hopefully these items are on there way!
