This property is very dirty, the air conditioner was broken, the door lock was missing, there were crumbs in the bed and the room smelled heavily of smoke even though we reserved a non smoking room. We felt so uncomfortable that we ended up leaving.
At check in i told them i had a reservation. There were 2 employees at front, 1 was in training and i understanf thet it takes a little longer. But senior emoloyees jad them working on something else before helping me. So i stood there 20 minutes beflre they began helping me. Then an additional 20 minutes to check in because the new employee was left to figure it out alone. I got to my room and there is roaches hanging around to greet me. The chairs are so stained and filthy it looks like they flound them on the side of the road 20 years ago. The dresser had no drawers and the table was sticky with food residue. Obviously this room was not cleaned efficiently between use. I know its cheap but this is a bit excessive.
Hey had to go to the hospital the last day of my stay so I do have bad slept in my room if you can put them up front at the receptionist does that would be be.
Left this Roach invested motel and requested refund was there maybe an all of 10 minutes couldn’t even sit down DISGUSTING why a place like this would be on any website is SAD!!!!
The building was old , poor clean, Also, I requested to leave because Trump said that we shouldn't stay the place where more than 50 people so I couldn't stay because I had children because of Corona virus, I asked the owner to give me one of money because I had to leave immediately due announcement for corona virus but they refuse to give me my money. But the situation was on my control, I left one day before of my revetion .
This particular Knights Inn was pathetic. Only stay there if there is no other place in the entire city of Mesa that has an available room. There were cigarette burns on both pieces of furniture, plus the bathroom counter and the bathtub. This place is disgusting! The air conditioning/heater combo was so loud that I could barely hear the TV. I turned the power off and it still continued to run. Therefore, I had to unplug it from the wall. This hotel was so bad that it makes Motel 6 look like the Hyatt Regency.
The staff were hard to reach and wasnt concerned with guests issues. There were ants all over the bathroom and the tv didn't work properly. I won't ever stay at a Knights Inn again.
As soon as I sat on bed the hanging bed backboard fell. Roaches
Keycard did not work after a day. WiFi was not working.
It had bug i had no tv bed was broken peiple up front had mood swing some time sweet sometimes i worried. Pool never clean.people always fighting there always loud. Upside is right by the light rail.
OMG where do I begin! GREAT place for disease. The place needs to be shutdown for the infestation of roaches and ants crawling on your bed. The staff are totally rude and could care less about people or customer service. The cleaning staff speak no English so I had to make the bed with the dirty sheets I was given. Roaches everywhere.
They have cleaned it up alot since the last time I stayed there Which was 4 years ago
Needs to do alot better on everything. Beds were aweful. Room wasnt nice at all. Maintance man was nice and very helpful. Couldn't get the t.v. to work and when we did couldn't get all the channels. The doot was raggedy. Key card didnt work half the time.
There was no lights in the room and the maid said they didn’t have anymore because of the meth addicts are destroying the rooms . We brought our own lights from the store how ghetto and unprofessional is that ?
