The wi-fi didn't work. The vending machine was empty. No fridge, no microwave. The bed was worn out and the air conditioner was very loud. No stopper in the bathroom sink. It has bugs running around on the floor and they are real fast, when I was trying to kill them they would run up the walls. I still managed to kill 8 or 9. I thought when I booked this motel I was getting a good deal but as I pulled in and read the sign for what a person pays for a night I was very disappointed cause I had booked in advance and I was stuck! I'm not changing anything I wrote. I feel I have followed your guidelines and I stand by everything I said!

The staff was rude when asked for things like the hot water was not running in my hotel and the door key had to be reprogrammed every day. The rooms were not cleaned the 5 days we were there, we actually went to the store and bought cleaning supplies and had to clean just to bathe and use the toilet!! Bugs were crawling around. Took our belongings outside and shook them when we departed. We realized some "deals" were not worth it!!

Stayed over Memorial Day weekend even though it was close to Main Street it was very quiet, clean, friendly staff. I would recommend staying on the side closest to Main Street upstairs. Internet connection did not work or would have gotten 5 stars.

Orbitz had said when I booked that if I didn't stay the whole six nights I would not be held to paying the six that I had reserved. The hotel said I had to pay. I paid for six nights but only stayed three. The place was dirty, full of bugs, and was a party place. The cops were there several times over the three days I stayed.

The people were very nice, and pleasant the Staff were very nice,

Felt unsafe. Linens had cigarette burn holes. The bed was hard. Orbitz should not recommend this place.

Pictures of the rooms looked okay online, but when we walked into the room it appears the pictures were taken at another hotel. The bedspread had cigarette burn holes, the vanity had cigarette burn marks all over, the table was scarred and dented like old furniture.. I opened the refrigerator and there was a cockroach. In the other two rooms the main light switches did not work. We refused to stay it was unacceptable. When we asked for our money to be returned, the night clerk became angry and told me next time look at the room and not look at the low price. I told him I did look at the pictures, you are the ones who are deceiving the public. He threw our credit cards back at us.The area location was not good, too many homeless people. In the parking lot there were people loitering, people in cars parked in the dark. We were very uneasy and people in the room next door were very noisy. The room smelled terrible, and when we got back into our vehicles the smell of the room lingered on our clothes.

Never even checked in. Verified with the front desk the day before about a late check in. Got to hotel and reception was locked up, lights out, no one there at all. Actually ran into another person who was already checked in but locked out of their room. They could not get back into their room. Avoid this hotel like the plague!!!!!

Night clerks and cleaning staff were very professional and friendly. Room was clean, although rather dilapidated. To be fair, the motel is undergoing major renovations at this time. The location was fairly quiet at night for metro Phoenix (where I had previously lived). Plenty of parking spaces. Swimming pool available (but I did not use it). Room rates are high, but Orbitz got me a great rate. Limited amenities (no coffee machine, refrigerator, or microwave in hotel room. Free coffee and a snack available in the office in the morning.

The hotel was clearly undergoing renovations so I'm being very reserved in my review here but I'd recommend: adult-sized towels; provide hooks or a bar to hang clothing from; steam-clean the rugs; replace the lamps with working/undamaged light fixtures; clear the parking lot drainage so there's no lake of water during rains; consider halting construction during later hours and early morning when you have guests in adjoining rooms. And hire an exterminator.

Switched rooms 3 times. Ants, roaches, caulk joints for shower open, some shower heads don't even reach the back of the shower, mattresses stained and worn with dips as much as 3 inches....first mattress looked like someone had been murdered on it, bed sheet sets all had cigarette holes in them, bad reception on 1 of the TV's, & hotel management never did anything though I made multiple complaints would only give me a new room in which there were different problems...I will never stay at Knights Inn again. I even complained to Wyndam Hotel Group and was told I would recieve a call back in a 10 days!! And never even got a call from them....big chain of hotels to avaoid but I will fo my best...horrible customer service!!! The worst part is I am not the only one complaining and I am aldo not the only one that has had NOTHING!! done to make up for ruining my accommodations for my 2 week trip to visit my girlfriend that wouldn't stay the night at this place after waking up after a nap to a roach in her face...this happened multiple times to myself aswell.

This motel is 2-blocks from the light rail and not near any eating spots but a taco shop (that shop is average to good), so you would have to walk a ways to buy a meal. There is a Fry's Market about a third mile away but the motel has only a microwave in the office to heat anything up on. This is really a place to get-away from it all and it is quiet enough. The TV has limited channels, but almost adequate for most people. It's a "just-okay" sort of place, great for overnite travelers who want a good rest and will then move on; for those on a little 5-day get-away, it's not the greatest choice.

If I knew what I was getting myself into I would have spent more money to stay somewhere nicer. There were cigarette burns in the comforter, the furniture was falling apart, and we found cockroaches in the room multiple different times.

A place to sleep. TV control did not work the Television; but you could work the TV by the controls on the TV itself.

Never again. No fridge no microwave phone or even a clock. Weak shower. Caught a thief casing the parking lot

No amenities (microwave, etc) except cable TV; coffee in the lobby at 7:30 a.m. Just a plain motel room with aging furniture that I was pleased they had: desk, end tables. Very clean bathroom, etc. Nothing to complain about for a budget traveler. More furniture, similar amenities to a newish Motel 6. So...take it or go elsewhere. It's okay to me.

It was quiet and the maintenance man was great. He did what needed to be done and it was fun talking to him. The room has roaches in it so that was not good for me to have to keep killing roaches while I was at the bathroom sink. The room does not have a refrigerator or a microwave so I was not able to have food there. The walls have many patches in them and the bathroom is old. Very old. The maintenance guy told me they were remodeling the rooms to bring them up to standard. The people in the office are nice to talk to. The shower is trash. The spray comes out very badly. I am paying $39.00 a night which I feel is close to what it is worth. I have stayed there a couple of different times, just over night and it is okay. I would go back when I need to.

It could be better, they need to get rid of the roaches, clean the carpets and get newer linen's for the rooms. I stayed in different rooms a upstairs and a downstairs.

Horrible area, unless you are into Cops this is the perfect action area for that. The only positive thing I can say is that the front desk gal was okay... When I arrived she was gabbing on the phone and didn't even recognize me standing there...but she did give me a rigged up passcode to some other hotels Wi-Fi to use while there...lol I than arrived in what she said was the best room..LMAO the towels were horrible and dingy, the ice box didn't work and to top it off they had no ice...lol My goodness I had to blame myself for believing the photo's on the internet.., trust and believe I got catfished by a hotel. Sincerely Catfished Victim!!! "DON"T DO IT!!!" (unless you're into prostitution and drugs)

Not ever would I stay here ahain. I'd rather sleep on the curb. No amenities, couldnt.check in on time during to staff, nasty establishment. They don't do anything they advertise.
