The room was not clean: The toilet had urine stains, the shower was dingy and needed to be bleach cleaned. The towels were thread-bare. The door did not open and shut properly, the laminate flooring was bubbling and coming up from the sub floor. The microwave was dirty and had no glass turning tray. I spilled water and cleaned it up and the Kleenex was brown afterward meaning they don’t mop the floors. Asked for more Kleenex and they didn’t have any. Free Continental Breakfast: No hot food, milk and juice machines were both broken, sliding doors out to patio were broken so we couldn’t go outside from the dining area, all they had to eat was bananas, oranges, some muffins, toast, dry cereal and coffee. Grounds: The pool and hot tub were dirty, no towels, no chaise lounges, or umbrellas. Staff: They sat around on their phones and could have been cleaning and tending to the breakfast items that were out. Over All: It’s not worth the money, poorly kept property, poor customer service.

I wouldn't really call it a menu. It was just a bunch of different breads and dry cereal. No protein of any sort , plus no drinks of any kind.

Location has little to no working amenities. Pool was full of bugs & leaves. Stupid & nonsensical 2 towel per room rule. Will not be staying there again.

We didnfind strands of hair embedded in the bed sheets and blankets. Shower could be better. Noticed we were itchy laying on the bed without top sheet, but the bed was comfortable.

Absolutely terrible. You should take this one off your list of options for hotels. Very dirty-dirt on the floor, dirt stained towels, hair on the tub. Breakfast was a joke. coffee machine broken, tiny bottles of Sunny D was their answer for orange juice. Worst breakfast ever.

We tried to check in and they said it would be an hour wait so left and came back an hour later and they said it would be another hour. So left again. When we got to the deluxe room the door wouldn’t close without slamming it so they gave us another room and in that room there was no towels, no garbage can, no coffee cups and no bath mat. We stayed two nights the second day they put two bath towels in the room no hand towels or face clothes. They emptied the garbage and that was all they did still no coffee cups. We had to go to the office to get the things we needed. The desk lady said we would get a discount and we don’t know if we got a discount or not. We will never stay there again.

This listing is fir the MK Hotel, not the Howard Johnson. My reservation from Expedia said Howard Johnson and the map was for the Howard Johnson by the airport, but I arrived and they had no record of my booking. I called the number listed on the hotel page and it took me to the MK Hotel, which is 15 minutes away. No relation at all to the Howard Johnson. Completely insane. This feels very shady. No idea what is going on here but there doesn’t seem to be any way to report this to Expedia. Service was also pretty terrible at both places, for the record, but at least the rooms were clean (by motel standards).
