Great communication. There was one small issue and Curtis responded immediately. He sent someone over within minutes to fix the issue. The house is adorable! It has everything you need and more. The kitchen is extremely well stocked. Seasonings, oil, wine opener, everything you need to cook a gourmet meal. We wished we used the game room more than we did. It was a really nice place to hang out. Hot tub and pool were lovely and well maintained. The backyard is really this calming oasis that Flor and Curtis have created. The neighborhood was very quiet. We saw parents and kids out in the morning and afternoon walking/scooting.

We had an absolutely amazing stay here at the Casa Lumina!! We were moving our daughter into college and wanted to have a space we could easily store our Amazon boxes while spending time together. First, it’s sparkling clean, decorated purposefully and beautifully and the outdoor space was spectacular. The Casita was such a cute surprise and my husband was able to work in there easily without disturbing us in the mornings. Communication with the owners was great; quick responses and helpful. I appreciated the small touches with their welcome note, treats, wine and cold water for us in the fridge. Close to everything we needed and a great neighborhood. We hope to stay here again when visiting my daughter and would highly recommend this home if you’re staying in the Phoenix area.
