This hotel experience was the worst we’ve ever had. Nothing worked in our room. The toilet was broken, the light didn’t work, our sink was clogged, the fan was busted, our shades for the window didn’t work properly. Not to mention that it did not look like the place had been cleaned in a long while. Plus the stairwell to get up to our room smelled like pee. The elevator smelled like vomit. Plus all of the sketchy people staying there and walking around the parking lot made for a very uneasy and on edge stay. Extremely dissatisfied with this hotel experience.

Our room was dirty. No fan in bathroom. Towel rack in bathroom was not secured to wall. There were no trash cans in room. Lamp on desk table wouldn’t work. Asked for another. No security lock, to allow door to open but prevent entry. Blanket on sleeper had tons of holes and as rough as burlap. No upkeep of place. Place is rundown. Passed by front desk and never a greeting of any kind. Wifi was not good kept buffering

Close to Major freeways and easy to navigate to. No additional comments

Not the most modern of facilities, however clean & comfortable. The staff was great. does have computer/printer available in the lobby & also a fitness center. The options for snacks are limited. Overall a pleasant stay, and met my needs well.

Great people and service, average breakfast it was warm nothing special

The room (#316) was terrific! Very spacious - excellent living room arrangement

Good customer service, but room needed to be vacuumed.

Pros: friendly helpful staff, nice cool room to escape the hellish heat, free breakfast, sheets were clean. Easy to find, good food within driving distance. Cons: old and dated, halls smelt weird, bathroom was dirty and smelt weird, bathroom fan squeaked so loud that I didn’t want to turn it on, most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept in, worst pillows ever, tile was sticky, AC turned on and off every 5 minutes (very loud) and rattled on top of that, too hot to turn off. Pool is small and in the parking lot, a parking lot where random people hang out throughout the day, pretty sure we saw two drug deals happen, we didn’t go to the pool due to lack of privacy. Random cars arriving and leaving through the night. I got like 6 hours sleep in two days due to the combo of noise, discomfort and lack of feeling like I was some place safe. Won’t stay here again. Spend more money and get a nicer place. You’ll thank me.

The staff was very gracious. The room large and spacious, the bed was so comfortable I would have liked to bring it home with me. And the breakfast was abundant and awesome!

Check-in was easy and relatively fast. The hotel was clean and staff were friendly. I was actually surprised that I had a suite, that was a nice surprise. The bed and piillows were very comfortable, I have had problems with this at other hotel chains. The only thing that concerned me was pulling in for first time and second time, there appeared to be transients hanging out on the east side of the building. That made me a bit nervous especially when I pulled in for first time.

Ok option for a night or two, 20 minutes from Sky Harbor, hot breakfast included breads, muffins, juice, coffee, yogurt, eggs, sausage and waffles. Room next to freeway a little noisy, but acceptable. Room ok, air conditioner was biggest issue - frequent on and off as temperature adjusts - very cool to very warm depending, and loud.

Pool is tiny and the room was falling apart! Everything felt disgusting and the staff was just rude!

Outside property was clean and well kept. Great location near my work. The bed was clean and comfortable. Manager on duty was accommodating when there was a mixup in my room reservation. Thank you again. The inside is dated and could use some repairs to the vents and other areas. and My shower head was broken, the shower came on without me pulling out the knob in the tub when I turned on the water. I stayed for the price and location.

The rooms were clean large and cleaned in a timely manner

Good location to pop on and off freeway to get up and down to Scottsdale or connect to 202 to go to Phoenix. We were here for spring training, mainly to see games in Mesa and it was about 10 minute drive to either Mesa baseball complex. Room was spacious and had king bed and a pull out couch. There was no extra blanket in room for the pullout bed and the front desk didn't have any extras, either. So that was odd. Wifi was good. Room had two Tvs, channel selection was good. Breakfast nothing to write home about, standard stuff you'd expect to see, but was free.

Was a nice place to stay. Located right next to highway 101 so can get anyplace in short order.

Great hotel but you can tell that a lot of stuff is not kept up. The phone didn't work in the 2 rooms that i stayed in and they would take forever to restock breakfast. The staff was friendly and the beds were comfy. A good value for the money but it would be nice if they fixed those things.
