Very nice home. The bedroom w/in a bedroom was a bit of an issue w/older men wanting separate space. So many fun games to play and the Sauna and pool were great. Spent time around the fire as well. Thanks for having us.

The house was spacious and pretty clean although slightly dated/needing some updates. Grill didn't work, management company wasn't the best to deal with. Instead of calling us and fixing it they sent us an email stating they could fix it next week, which they did end up doing. Thermostat in the main bedroom didn't work so that probably needs to be looked at. The management company charged us a late checkout fee for an extra 1.5 hours because the cost was for "extra cleaners" but ironically they didn't contact us again with other fees until another week went by.The management company is now contacting us about "missing" items and as of writing this we still don't know if they are charging us extra fees for the so-called missing items (which we have no idea what they are talking about). TLDR: liked the house but not the management company.

Fun for all

We had a group of 12, including 4 kids 6-2. We all loved the pool and outside putting green. Kids really loved all the arcade and video games in the house too, they were a nice option after too much sun. The rooms with bunk beds were a big hit with the kids. Property is very close to shopping and easy access to freeways. House was well stocked with dishes and cooking needs. Living room was very cool but bedrooms were on the warm side and we couldn’t fix that. Would be nice to have a booklet that lets you know how to start the grill, where over stove fan switch is (as it is hidden behind the garbage can). All of the exterior doors should be replaced, all take some maneuvering to get locked. Would have given a better rating on cleanliness but we encountered many sticky spots on the kitchen floor when we arrived. We did have very speedy response when we ran out of dishwasher tabs and paper towels. Overall, everyone loved the place and we would definitely stay there again

Spring break getaway

The property was perfect for each couple to have their own private room and bathroom and balcony or patio and the kids/teen space in the basement was perfect for them as well! We all enjoyed all the fun games indoor and out. There was something for everyone. We would definitely come stay here again!

Beautiful facility but showing wear

Nice signage and brick drive was beautifully landscaped; but two garbage cans were left full and overflowing. We bought kitchen towels(none provided). Basic supplies on arrival were sparse for a family of 20. That said facility was nice, functional and good for kids.plumbing repairs(loose handles/faucets) other maintenance needed

Wonderful home for large group

This home was perfect for our family gathering. 5 different families all stayed together, 8 adults with 9 kids (ages 2-15). The home is large enough that each couple had their own space/bathroom while the kids all hung together downstairs. Countless games of air hockey and ping pong were played! The backyard is the perfect place for family meals and swimming/golf plus sitting by the fire pit in the evenings. Property manager was quick to respond to any questions. Such a great place to enjoy time together and close enough to explore the area. Highly recommend!

We had a great time

We loved the house overall. We had a few issues that management was able to resolve pretty quickly considering it was a holiday week. Just a word of caution that the design of the home allows noise to carry. If you are sleeping in the rooms right off the main floor living room you might want to bring ear plugs. We even loved the location which was out of town but still close to amenities. There was plenty of parking on site.

Family getaway

Great spot for a big group. Plenty to keep younger kids occupied during the day. A bit of a drive to Phoenix and Scottsdale, but perfect if you stock up before heading to the house. Pool was a little cold at first but eventually warmed up from the Arizona heat. Overall a great space for our group of 16.

Wonderful stay and a beautiful home!

Some friends and I went out to this property for a bachelor party / golf trip, essentially serving as a "home base" for the weekend. The home exceeded our expectations and was an absolute gem for the trip. There was PLENTY to do at the home, with games, a pool, a putting green, a fire pit, etc. The home was truly a highlight of our trip and every person who attended enjoyed it thoroughly. The kitchen and main floor was plenty big enough to accommodate the 14 people that stayed. The patio and pool area was amazing, providing plenty of shade and entertainment throughout the days! I highly suggest this property to anyone needing a larger home to stay in in the Phoenix / Scottsdale area.

Disney World for Adults and Kids

This house has something for everyone to enjoy! So much recreation for all ages which is nice given its proximity (or lack thereof) to most Phoenix/Scottsdale activities. We ended up spending a lot more time at the house than expected due to how remote it is. That bothered others in our group more than me. Property Management company was extremely responsive and easy to work with. Would recommend.

Awesome during day; sauna at night

We stayed there with three other families (16 adults and kids in total). The games, pool, and outdoor facilities were awesome. House is a great space. The only problem, which was a massive one, is that the HVAC couldn't keep up at night in several of the bedrooms, including the bunk room (supposed to sleep 6), the primary, and 1 other. With people sleeping in them, temperatures were in the 80s in the rooms, as the HVAC just wasn't strong enough. Kids had to sleep on couches in the great room, and the adults had sleepless nights. Outdoor temps weren't higher than 90 at night, so very frustrating. Great place during the day, sauna at night. Replace the HVAC!

Game rooms provided ample entertainment in the summer. Family really enjoyed it. Management company even sent a person out on a Saturday to fix a minor issue with the pool fountain!

Superbowl Weekend

This is a great property for a large group. Very self contained. Nice bedrooms, BBQ, outdoor porch, fire pit, putting green, pool, etc. Secluded and away from it all.

Great house for large family with many kids.

The house and property are beautiful!! The kids level is a stroke of genius - allows the kids freedom to enjoy games without hovering parents and keeps the noise down there. We had local family join us for many meals so more silverware and kitchen towels would help. Had a few challenges with a weak internet signal and there was some confusion on the garbage & recycling pick up so the management team may have needed to make another recycle pick up - Tuesday vs Friday. The management team was very responsive!!
