Clean and newly modified rooms, great breakfast selection every morning, pool is heated and hot tub worked well. Elevators weren’t great but good enough. Would stay here again esp. given the excellent price compared to other hotels in the Biltmore area.

Raymond was great-he checked if we needed anything during our stay. Also great that we were able to get a refund for 1 night since our flight had to changed due to air traffic controllers shortage. Thanks for helping with that. Pool was nice.
