We stayed here for spring training and it was nice the rooms are clean the staff is amazing the breakfast was good... the only con was the shuttle service to and from the airport... when we arrived i called and let them know there was 2 of us... but then a whole family of 8 to 10 rushed the shuttle leaving us at the airport.. to make thing better they didnt even have a reservation and were in the lobby waiting for the shuttle back to the airport... next time please verify the people you are picking up are actually staying in your hotel... literally an hour later we were picked up.. needless to say we were not happy about getting our room close to midnight and having to order pizza since everything else was close... the next day the shuttle told the front desk ill be there in 15 that turn into an hour and we took and uber to the airport instead.

Great place to stay. Clean! Friendly and professional staff. Great restaurant!!

I loved it!! All the staff was friendly. I only spent 1 night in Phoenix but hotel location is perfect.... right next to I-10.

The wait staff fixed me a breakfast from the kitchen on two different occasions, due to the condition of the buffet. It's not worth $12.

Service was friendly and real. Room was nice and kept clean. Food at restaurant was good. Bar was passable seemed lacking in choices and knowledge.

At check in, I was handed the key card, but no other info. I had to ask in which direction to walk to find the elevator/room. Also no info given on the breakfast although there was mention of it on Orbitz. Next day, we checked it out, and there was a sign about needing a voucher, but no information had ever been given to us regarding any vouchers, so we just didn't eat breakfast. Parking in the dirt and stepping on a puddle sucked, and there was a used face towel on the room floor that was probably missed by cleaner, because it was between the bed and middle bedside table, and partially covered by my blankets (yikes!).

My stay here was great it was very inexpensive and a great location I would definitely stay here again if I was in the area for the price that I paid it was well worth it beds were very comfy only thing was it was very hot I was there in July.

The hotel itself is modern, clean and well appointed. The staff was less impressive. The evening receptionist was barely polite, and clearly hassled by the constantly ringing phone, multiple guests needing assistance and a slow computer and key coding machine. He seemed to be needing a colleague. I had inadvertently booked a handicapped room with a single King, and he did switch the room for one with two queen beds, but he made his displeasure known. The breakfast is a buffet which was not included in our room rate. It looked good, but my mom was relying to be thrifty, so ordered a la carte. It took excessively long to get a menu, to order, and for the food to come. Though two staff members were present busily inputting something into a computer/cash register, neither seemed assigned to help guests, and the only way to get assistance, menu, the bill was to get up and go ask them to help. In the end the cost was similar. The food was expertly prepared and presented and very tasty, but not worth the extra time when we needed to get on the road. It wasn't a particularly good rate, and so for the lack of service, I'd go elsewhere. If you don't care about service, the room comfort and food were both excellent.

The staff was very friendly The Hotel was clean, great people at he front desk.

Stayed to take a course at the hotel. Was a good stay, but not many restaurants in walking distance.

Very helpful staff especially the night crew. My daughter and I had a great stay.

We loved the staff, room, and lovely pool and palm trees!

I was in town for a family state championship game, which was located in Glendale area. Rooms were not in my budget so I found four points, where I have stayed before for a couple of night's. I liked the stay there, I love clean rooms and that is what you get when you stay at the four points. When arriving the front desk re routed me to another hotel "because of technical issues" and I had asked why was this happening, because I had tired children from the state game. I arrived at the ramada inn, waited in a 7 person line with one front desk clerk. I didn't like the location of the motel. But overall our stay was okay. I wouldn't want to go through that again because I went to sleep at 1 am going through that whole hassle for a check in.

We booked our travel last minute but were really aiming to stay at a clean, nice hotel with friendly staff not far from the freeway. This hotel was all that. It was clean, relaxed, quiet and the staff was friendly. The beds were cozy the pool was quiet and clean. The lobby was clean and comfortable just to lounge. Their bar had a decent selection and the food was good. I would definitley stay here again.

Check in and check out no problems. The room was comfortable. Our safe was locked and the tech couldn't unlock it. He did offer us a chance to change rooms but we were already settled in. The bathroom was a bit sparse, sterile white but the back of the door was dirty. Maids were courteous. I dislike shampoo, conditioner and soap dispensers in the shower so had to go out and buy a bar of soap. Had to ask for more toilet paper. The pool area was clean and pleasant.

In an otherwise very nice room, I was a little put off by the wall mounted shampoo, conditioner & bath gel dispensors. They weren't lanled as to what brand/ product was contained therein, so mystery shampoo, mystery bath gel (I would not want to be a woman with that scent) and mystery conditioner. The room was nice, clean, the desk chair didn't fit under the desk, but functioned well enough. One of two computers in the business center would not print. Most of the parking area was not paved. The lobby was pretty, the room clean, so overall, not bad.

The hotel room was clean and nice- especially for the price. the location was a little out of the way- but right off of the 10 freeway. The maids did not really clean the rooms during our 4 night stay- they made the beds; but, we had to call for toilet paper and clean towels, trash cans not dumbed, or water/coffee cups replaced, etc. The staff was kind, but not knowledgeable- no one seemed to know where a laundry mat was, etc. Overall great for the price

Clean comfort and great location. The kids really enjoyed the pool!

This location was formerly a locally-operated non-chain hotel - the Grace Inn. The property has been significantly upgraded, and is a very good value if you're looking for decent lodging near Ahwatukee/Chandler.

We were visiting family, we expend the weeking in the pool and shooping! Great deal! Great time!
