This is my second stay. I was happy to return, and hope to do so in the future.

Like a said the location was perfect for what we needed we have stayed before at this hotel and it was much better the previous experience, unfortunately this time the A/c was broken the whole stay and housekeeping only came once during our 3 night stay. The suite we stayed in was on the first level which was perfectly fine and was near the pool however since the A/C was broken we needed to have the sliding doors open, and the bad part about that was since it was on the first floor and next to the pool the people smoking outside at the pool and there cigarette smoke was filling our room. Like i said before we stayed here before and it was fine however this second time was awful. ad the last thing was that the Jacuzzi jets nor heater was working at all. i hope it was just a one off bad week because the location was great and the people at the front were very pleasant

Pool was wonderful once they finally got it and arm enough! Room and location were excellent!

I asked to have my room serviced my second day there. I marked the sheets (hotel testl tip) before I left and have it serviced. First off, staff looked at me like I was stupid when I requested the service because I mentioned the I noticed another room, same as mine, had extra amenities than I did, like more pillows/blankets on beds, towels, hair dryer etc. Returned to the room barely serviced. They didn't change the sheets at all because the mark I left was still there (GROSS). Or add the missing amenities I mentioned. All they did was make the bed I slept in and wiped down one desk that was out of 3 pieces of furniture. Also, only gave me one of each size towel, mind you it was myself and my fiance staying together in the room. There's no complimentary breakfast, only for guests in "distress" from flights. It was $13 for adults, and stupidly $6 FOR KIDS. Seriously insane, I would think kids would be free. Especially for paying $13 for stale french toast and wrinkly sausage and warm milk. Pool closes at 10pm. No fun. Oh housekeeping doesn't just knock when you're only 5 minutes late to check out, they will unlock the door and open it. I was naked getting dressed. So rude. We definitely won't go back, not to any Four Points, that's for sure. You suck. Thank you.

Nice pool,good burgers from the bar. Shuttle service was great. 15 minutes to the airport. The bad: hot tub jets not working. Spa had hours but was dark . No one was working and sign didn't say it was closed or apt only. Staff didn't know why. Had 2 beds and one bed had a bloody pillow case and stained comforter. Glad I only needed one bed. House keeping changed bedding when I complained . House keeping should have caught that. Hotel has potential but needs to pay attention to the details. I wouldn't bring my family to this hotel.

We won't ever stay there again until they do something about the cleanliness of the rooms and general dis-repair (particularly in the bathrooms) and upgrade to friendlier, more accommodating staff. Our business has faithfully used this hotel for over 3yrs and I am very disappointed in the decline over this past year. The hotel lobby and main floor are kept clean and fresh, but on more than one occasion it has been obvious that the sheets are not even always washed between guests. Because of this and other very disgusting health issues, the board of health should really focus on this location and I have threatened to call them but never have. The General Manager, Sales Manager and other key staff have recently been let go and that is not a good sign because they were always great to work with. We used to hold annual meetings in the meeting rooms with close to 50 employees, not only in the meetings but also staying at the hotel. This year was the deciding factor that we will not stay there again until there is a drastic change. While we were there at least two cars were vandalized in their parking lot.

The exercise room is fantastic. The pool is clean and inviting. The free airport shuttle is a great convenience. The only problem encountered: a wheel was missing of the desk chair.

The location is great, the hotel is just barely okay, but the staff is SO incredibly rude. So rude that for the first time in my life I switched hotels. They aren't friendly or cordial. They don't apologize for anything. They seemed annoyed that they were even being asked a question. Horrible experience. I will never stay here again.

The location is convenient, the free shuttle to the airport is a big plus. The exercise room if fabulous with a lot of equipment. The pool was very clean and inviting.

We stayed here for spring training and it was nice the rooms are clean the staff is amazing the breakfast was good... the only con was the shuttle service to and from the airport... when we arrived i called and let them know there was 2 of us... but then a whole family of 8 to 10 rushed the shuttle leaving us at the airport.. to make thing better they didnt even have a reservation and were in the lobby waiting for the shuttle back to the airport... next time please verify the people you are picking up are actually staying in your hotel... literally an hour later we were picked up.. needless to say we were not happy about getting our room close to midnight and having to order pizza since everything else was close... the next day the shuttle told the front desk ill be there in 15 that turn into an hour and we took and uber to the airport instead.

I loved it!! All the staff was friendly. I only spent 1 night in Phoenix but hotel location is perfect.... right next to I-10.

The wait staff fixed me a breakfast from the kitchen on two different occasions, due to the condition of the buffet. It's not worth $12.

Service was friendly and real. Room was nice and kept clean. Food at restaurant was good. Bar was passable seemed lacking in choices and knowledge.

At check in, I was handed the key card, but no other info. I had to ask in which direction to walk to find the elevator/room. Also no info given on the breakfast although there was mention of it on Orbitz. Next day, we checked it out, and there was a sign about needing a voucher, but no information had ever been given to us regarding any vouchers, so we just didn't eat breakfast. Parking in the dirt and stepping on a puddle sucked, and there was a used face towel on the room floor that was probably missed by cleaner, because it was between the bed and middle bedside table, and partially covered by my blankets (yikes!).

My stay here was great it was very inexpensive and a great location I would definitely stay here again if I was in the area for the price that I paid it was well worth it beds were very comfy only thing was it was very hot I was there in July.

The hotel itself is modern, clean and well appointed. The staff was less impressive. The evening receptionist was barely polite, and clearly hassled by the constantly ringing phone, multiple guests needing assistance and a slow computer and key coding machine. He seemed to be needing a colleague. I had inadvertently booked a handicapped room with a single King, and he did switch the room for one with two queen beds, but he made his displeasure known. The breakfast is a buffet which was not included in our room rate. It looked good, but my mom was relying to be thrifty, so ordered a la carte. It took excessively long to get a menu, to order, and for the food to come. Though two staff members were present busily inputting something into a computer/cash register, neither seemed assigned to help guests, and the only way to get assistance, menu, the bill was to get up and go ask them to help. In the end the cost was similar. The food was expertly prepared and presented and very tasty, but not worth the extra time when we needed to get on the road. It wasn't a particularly good rate, and so for the lack of service, I'd go elsewhere. If you don't care about service, the room comfort and food were both excellent.

The staff was very friendly The Hotel was clean, great people at he front desk.

Stayed to take a course at the hotel. Was a good stay, but not many restaurants in walking distance.

terrible room service, no breakfast??

good hotel, gone bad
