We only stayed 1 night as we stayed with family the remainder of our visit to Phoenix, but we were very pleased. Upon check in, we were impressed with the friendliness of the staff. Our room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The included breakfast is decent, with coffee, tea, oatmeal, and packaged muffins or granola bars. We will definitely consider staying there again in the future!

This hotel was very comfortable. The bed was firm, enough pillows. The pillows needed refreshing though. The room was clean and spacious. The air conditioner was a bit noisy. You have to request dishes etc., which were promptly brought up. The only issue that could use correction is that a cleaning kit should come with them. Washcloth, dish soap. We were able to get the food we needed a short walk away. Didn't think to get dish soap, and for a few days we didn't need much. Since we had to return the dishes clean, it was a minor annoyance. The pool was nice, the room comfortable.

I was quite pleased with our recent stay as we came as a group of swimmers from the Los Angeles Area. It was such a welcoming hotel as the staff made sure we had all our 22 swimmers' needs met especially after the 5+ hours on the road. The facility was large enough to accommodate several groups at one time and we were quite pleased to have a dedicated conference room to ourselves.

My room had bed bugs! I had to leave at midnight to find another hotel and still have not received a refund that they promised.

Hotel was ok. Good location, near some great areas. We were out for the Super Bowl. Price was high as you would expect, but lower than others nearby. Very disappointed that room next to us partied LOUDLY until 6am and no one said a thing. There are some extended stay folks who are there longer term, so we didn't want to ruffle feathers.

The room was perfect for an extended stay. The little kitchen was just right for preparing simple meals and snacks. great value for the price.

Great hotel, clean and new! Would recommend to anyone on a budget!

The staff was friendly, easy check in and check out. Quiet and clean just didn't like where the ac was located, other than that it was a great stay.

If your looking for a place to sleep and shower without spending a lot of cash then this is your place. Just make sure you grab some shampoo from the front desk (and a bag of popcorn if you wish) since they don't have shampoo in their rooms. I've stayed there twice so it wasn't all that bad. The first time I stayed, the hallway smelled like wet dog (they do allow pets there). The second time I stayed, the room smelled like smoke although it was a non-smoking room. Furthermore they must have double-booked my room because I woke up the first night with someone trying to get in my room (good thing I dead-bolted it). Then I heard the desk person come and go and got a call (at about 12:30am) from the front desk asking my name. Kind of a pain. They have kitchenettes and dishes if you want to make your own stuff but I was only there a few days so I ate across the street. They have a breakfast room but they don't use it. They just have a "grab-n-go" breakfast (oatmeal, coffee, one type of fruit) across from the front desk. I would have liked to see the breakfast room open with a breakfast like they have at other hotels but I'm sure the rates would be a tad higher.

Average, I would not stay here again. I am sure there is a better value somewhere else.

For the price and location, it wasn't a bad place to stay. The breakfast was pretty bad-- cereal bars and incredibly tiny oranges and apples. But since I had a kitchen and full fridge, I just ate my own cereal with milk each day. The room itself was clean and pretty comfortable. The closet door needed to be fixed but other than that most everything worked pretty well. I'd probably stay here again.

stayed 2 night in different rooms; i made reservation 25 days in advance and requested non smoking but did not get it -smell was terrible in the room and in the hallway; the was a bug in the bed; 2 night they gave non smoking room and it was OK but in the middle of the night there was a commotion in the neibor's room and police came then dog was barking in the hallway-so no much sleep i got-this should be rated as motel with $35-40 per night and not $80 that they charge

Good Value. Good Location. Met our needs. Could have used softer sheets and more blankets on the bed and pull out sofa (no blankets in our room-just sheets and a bed spread).

It took four tries to get a room. First room, the bathroom had not been cleaned. Second room had a very large cockroach, third room had A/C not working. Front desk was very nice and kept trying to find us a room that would be clean. We ended up leaving and going to a new hotel on the third night.

the ad description did not fit the hotel. The hotel was worn out and nothing updated as furniture, bedding, television, carpet, bathroom.

I would have prefered a room that faced pool side.

Person in the front desk not helpful. Did not have any pans, plates, cups, utensils in the room. Had to wait until the following day to get those.

Most extended stay have 2-queen bed and a pull-out. But I got only 1-queen and a single pull-out. Rooms need to be more detailed in the offer/listings.

Good business cost effective hotel. Friendly staff. Room clean and nicely efficient, WiFi availability solid. Kitchen good, full size refrig, stove electric eyes, coffee maker, mwave. Very minimal utensils, no dish soap, no shampoo etc without request. Because they service weekly, would be good if they kept extra toilet paper roll in rooms. Overall, good business experience, very cost effective, good location,

Great location-- plenty of necessities in walking distance (and close to the highway too.) I'll be back.
