The young lady that checked us in was very pleasant and made check in very easy. We received the room we expected and she explained all charges very well. She told us all the pertinent information we needed. We did not expect to have a complimentary dinner and were very pleased with the food. Terry at the bar was super nice and served drinks extremely well. The staff made for an excellent night.

Large clean room. Staff is super accommodating and friendly. This location doesn't have an onsite marketplace onsite. Overall was a pleasant experience, would definitely stay again.

It was after a heavy heavy storm in Phoenix and part of the ceiling in the hallway was falling in onto the floor. Other than that- clean rooms, - free dinner and drinks. was good.

Great hotel. Very close to Phoenix airport. Love the 24hr shuttle service to airport! Love the big lobby with lots of seating. Our room was very clean and quiet. Pool area is nice and hot tub was good. Staff was GREAT! Breakfast was very good with many choices. They were making pancakes this morning in the breakfast room. GREAT evening free dinner and drinks (3 drinks per person- beer, wine, etc which my husband enjoyed) I would definitely choose this hotel again. There were no negatives to talk about!
