Welcome to this brilliant, private condo in Scottsdale. This lovely property features 2 cozy bedrooms - a master with a queen bed and full bath on the first floor. The second bedroom is on the second floor with twin beds and full bathroom (with shower and tub). A 3rd half-bathroom is on the first floor. Bathrooms are equipped with all the essentials. Additionally, there's an office space (loft) on the second floor with a comfy queen bed for extra convenience. There is a large walled-in back yard that is private. In the clubhouse, there are pickleball and tennis courts, a large workout room and a large, heated outdoor pool and hot tub. Across from the front door of the condo, there is a smaller pool and hot tub. Whether you're looking to relax in backyard, fitness room or explore the city, this fabulous condo is the perfect retreat for your getaway. It's easy to see why you'll be able to unwind at our place.
