Comfortable and clean room on arrival, however there were no housekeeping services performed for our three day stay. Not that big of a deal to not have fresh sheets or towels everyday but the room coffee needs to be resupplied every day. Had to go ask for it at the front desk. Also, never saw any kind of breakfast food offered.

It’s rated higher than is deserved for this hotel. It is a worn out hotel and it shows. Small rooms, worn out looking in the rooms and halls. There was a big dog in the room next to ours that was barking and then later had a poop towel just laid out in the hall and reeked of dog poop on the way by that room.

I was racially targeted by a guest at this hotel and the staff provided no help or assistance to resolve the matter. I stayed with my 2 dogs for a total of 4 nights. On my first day, the guest who was staying in the room next to me was overheard muttering derogatory statements by another guest at the hotel. When he brought the matter up to staff - nothing was done. Throughout the day, the furbo (dog camera) that i set up in my room recorded banging and my dogs were seen barking at the adjoining wall of the guest. She was clearly antagonizing my dogs. But instead of asking the guest to stop the banging - staff decided to cite me for my barking dogs and threatened to end my stay (without refund) if the dogs did not stop barking. Thankfully the guest checked out of the hotel the next day and my dogs were fine to stay in the hotel the rest of the stay.

As soon as we walked into our room we could smell mild dog urine odor. The room was comfortable but oddly arranged. The biggest issue was a clogged drain in the tub/shower. My wife found herself calf high in backed up water and a very slippery tub surface. I had to shower in a different room because I didn't want maintenance coming to our room so early. The room i showered in also smelled of dog urine. Perhaps all the first floor rooms are dog friendly. Otherwise, the hotel is in a great location with convenient parking and friendly staff.
