The room and grounds were spotless. The price was good. Would have appreciated a few more amenities - coffee, a lamp by the bed and a wash cloth. But overall it was modern, updated and extremely clean.

Room was very dirty, was not cleaned before checking in and there was blood stains on the bathroom wall. Would not recommend staying at this hotel by any means. I expected more by looking at the pictures and going based on the reviews but in fact was the complete opposite.

Staff were helpful and very professional. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Room was near the road so I heard cars constantly coming and going. Property not in a great area of town but if you can live with that it’s a great place to stay.

Very clean, great price. Mini fridge microwave desk bed tv internet. All you need. Big shower as well. If you want free breakfast and a coffee pot in your room pay more somewhere else. This was perfect for my 2 night stay. Comfy bed.
Light barely comes through if you need to sleep in.

The pillows were very small and unsupportive i went to the front desk to request 2 extra pillows, and was told they sont have extra pillows. When i expressed my dissatisfaction, i was then told that someone could bring me some at 9pm. At 9:20 pm, the front desk called and said i could pick up my 2 extra pillows at the front desk. When i did so, i was told that since they are a small hotel they dont have extra items. We stayed 3 nights: no housekeeping was done or offered, the outside trashcan by our room (#122) was overflowing and smelled bad the whole duration of our visit, no clean towels offered or given. The bed did not have a fitted sheet, and it only had a thin bedspread, not a blanket. I will not recommend or stay again.

The rooms had recently been renovated. My room was clean! Checking in and out was a breeze! The parking situation was a little tight. I would stay at the Casa Blanca again!

The rooms are recently updated and they used very nice furniture and vanities. The shower is even fully tiled with new laminate flooring that looks like wood. Room is very comfortable. Only problem I found was the neighbors would let the door slam shut if they could put some rubber bumpers on the door frame it would help the quiet slamming doors at two in the morning sometime neighborhood is not the best but it’s perfectly safe.
