Room had dustballs under the night stands and dust on furniture. Bellhop was not offered upon arrival. Cleaning staff knocked on door despite placard saying shhhhh at 9 AM. OVERALL the staff did not seem very inviting or friendly(like they were just doing a job)

The hotel was gorgeous but they need to tone down the Hilton air freshener in the lobby. It was so strong, we couldn't hang out without getting congested and sneezing. The music was also blaring before 6AM, so those few adjustments would make it much more enjoyable. Unfortunately, when we mentioned it to the front desk gal, she told us she had nothing to do with it. Also, not much for food options on-site (might be better once the new Wolf opens) so good thing Old Town is walkable.

Beautiful Property. Lovely rooms! Overall the operations are terrible! Pronto was out of menu items 3/6 days. Housekeeping was always late, missed a day and had to be called several times to get service. This property was an absolute dream. The staff support was excellent, knowledgeable, extremely friendly and professional. The hotel was atmosphere was very festive and decorated for Christmas with Holliday music piping through the lobby. The fragrance of the hotel was delightful. The guest rooms are inviting and modern. I have already recommended this hotel to friends and family members on their next visit to Scottsdale.
