This is an excellent property. The large home is good for families and the pool is an added bonus. A very nice place to stay!

The bathroom door was locked upon our arrival. We requested that it be opened, but they couldn’t get somebody to the house until the next morning, so we had to pick the lock. A closed door was off the tracks. A toilet bowl seat was dislodged. Poor service, poor maintenance.

Quiet neighborhood, beautiful view, nice house. We were disappointed the pool wasn't warmer, but the host was easy to work with and accommodating.

Great location

We enjoyed our stay at the Woodpecker home. The house was spacious and comfortable, and we enjoyed the privacy of the pool and patio. The location was convenient to restaurants, but within a quiet neighborhood.

Great house for a big group

We loved the house and pool. The layout was great, big screen tv's, grill, really nice cool pool (important in Phoenix in the summer), very clean and well equipped. Super location and beautiful vistas.

Very much enjoyed our time and the view did not disappoint. The house was well proportioned for our needs and all of our group was comfortable. The mountains were the clear star and I'll miss enjoying the scenery while having my morning coffee.

Wonderful Way to Relax

Our stay was very nice. The property matched what we saw in the photos. Everything was clean and the neighborhood was good.Unfortunately, we had to cut our stay short due to reasons unrelated to the property. Luckily, Bart, the owner, was very understanding and quickly replied to my messages.If you're looking for a clean and spacious house with a nice swimming pool to relax in for a few days then this is a great choice.
