Apartment was fully equipped and safe. The bed was very comfortable. Just be aware, there is no on-site overnight parking. The area is very safe, with good restaurants and dining.

This is an amazing place clean, the bed was nice and it was in a great location. We attended a concert at the mesa arts center and we could walk. Good restaurants in the area and our host was so kind and helpful. Thanks for making our stay awesome.

Totally thought it was a hotel, nope poorly appointed vrbo. Place has dorm room decor. Zero charm. Parking is a mess, no loading zones. Didnt expect to have to lug my suitcase in the dark. Just setting up realistic expectations. Location and bed was great.

Apt was comfortable and easy to navigate when it came to check in. I also enjoyed that there was a good amount of coffee shops, restaurants, and bars within walking distance. I would book again if i return to Mesa, AZ. Host was also very communicative and great!!

Needed this room in a pinch since it had a kitchen in it for a Thanksgiving stay. For 2 people, the room is perfectly sized. Conveniently located next to the elevators (which was perfect for my disabled wife) and they accept service animals along with a nice dog relief area located just outside the main lobby entrance which was very nice. Only lost 1 star rating due to the facts that there were limited cleaning supplies for use during the stay (no broom or dustpan, no vacuum, no mop, and only 1 generic cleaning spray), loud neighbors on the floor during the weekend, no dishcloths for kitchen use (but there were hand towels and a sink sponge), and very limited parking options (even tho we didn't have an issue since we were able to use disabled parking spots). The host was very responsive and extremely nice. I'm sure they would've responded quickly and appropriately if we had mentioned the items above during our stay, so to be fair, we didn't give them an opportunity to correct the issues mentioned above. The building was very nice, security of the room and building was perfect, and the view on the 6th floor was amazing. We will definitely stay again if needed!
