The unit was old, pieces out of cabinets. We were told to dial O for service. They were nice when they answered the phone. But did not get service. We waited sometimes for over 24 hours.

Rooms are amazing … like little casitas. Fully stocked kitchen with dishes, pans, etc. There is even a washer & dryer … it was perfect. We have stayed here a few times now and will continue to do so. It’s like our home away from home, we love it here. Pool is very well kept and has a very comfortable setup. We were able to park right outside our room, super convenient. Highly recommend staying here 😉A++

I was not allowed to check in and stay, as I was pulling an enclosed trailer. The staff said even though there was plenty of room to park the pickup and trailer, it was not allowed. They said they would refund the room, I happily went elsewhere.

This is my second time staying here. I really enjoy the property. I stay when Visiting the eastside for outdoor activities. Lakes, hiking, river. Staff are very nice as well as friendly. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Love enjoying the pool or relaxing in the hot tub. I’ll definitely be back soon!

One of the nicest properties in Mesa!

What an incredibly relaxing place to stay and very budget, friendly, especially for an entire one bedroom apartment with a full living room, dining room and kitchen. The bed was super comfortable and everything was top-notch. Oh, and INCREDIBLY GOOD PIZZA!

The place was nice and quiet just the air went out on last day before checked out and maintenance was take the time to come and fix so our family slept in living room where it cool and still didn’t come fix it was 80 degrees in room. Very disappointing

I have been staying here for year when I visit Mesa, Az. This time I was a little disappointed when I found German Roaches in my room. They wanted to treat the room with me in it. I might be looking for a new place to stay.

I would never stay here again the towels were dirty when we arrived to the room. The shower had red mold and the bed was super uncomfortable. The bed was on two twin spring box springs and felt like I was sinking in when I went to the middle of the bed. The coffee pot was broken and the fan made an annoying sound when you turned it on. This was suppose to be a remolded room. This room did not have a stove or a oven like I was expecting from the pictures. The walls are super thing and can hear everything on the other side of room.
