I have been to many Best Western , this one look like a Motel but has been a good experience for us. I will come to stay again.

Basic room and bed nothing special about this place. Chose the motel as it was close to Mesa Gateway airport just a 10 minute drive at 5am. For some reason I got booked into a smoking room at the time I made the Orbitz reservation but the staff found us a suitable room.

The place is very nice. We got there a little late. Big tip for Arizona at summer time.....get a 1st floor room..heat rises!!!! I think it finally cooled off on the 2nd floor around 4 am. We did get a little swim in the nice pool and jaccuzzi. We could have asked to move but it was late and we were tired and moved in. They were very sympathetic in the morning and gave us a 15% discount for the future.

Hotel manager was not fun to deal with, you could tell his employees felt the same way. Aside from the off-putting service I received from the manager directly (just checking in), the location of this hotel is enough to keep me from staying here again. There are two dumpsters for the nearby restaurants that are likely to be right outside your door. One of the restaurants is a McDonalds and the other is a Denny's, this should give you some idea of what the traffic will be like through the parking lot. Seriously though, only stay here if you don't plan on sleeping through the night or sleeping in when morning comes. Absolutely not worth half of its price (even the discount site rates).

Every time we use the toilet is clog, I called the information and he said he'll bring me plunger and he did I ask him if he can bring a plumber he said not on that night.

This is the second time in the last month we have stayed here. Both experiences were quite positive. We will return again.

Clean room. Arrived late at night and friendly staff available

The staff was very friendly and even called our room to find out if everything was ok. It was nice to have the frig and microwave as we travel with food. Location was convenient for us. Just a bit noisy with so many dogs on the premises.

always a pleasant stay here,,great breakfast selection

It is close to the 60 on and off is easy Close to Restaurants, Fast food and Chili's, Shopping Mall

Clean, comfortable, close- friendly, helpful staff. A very good experience.

This is the second time staying at this hotel. Though I did not have anyone knocking on the door next to me at 4AM looking for someone aggressively, I have to say that I will not be staying at this hotel the next time I need to be in Mesa. I will commute a further distance to be in a hotel that meets my needs in all areas, not just convenience. It was a cheap place to stay for one night.

Centrally located for great shopping and dining choices. Due to location, Arizona, needs more than one ice machine.

Wonderful in every way. I was not sure how far the hotel wourd be from the activities that I needed to attend but location was great. Staff was very helpful and nice. I would definitely stay at this hotel again and recommend it to others staying in the Phonix area.

The front desk staff was Fabulous, so friendly, quick and professional on both ends! Our room was very comfortable and clean! Loved having McDonalds out our door for a quick Mocha in the morning. Would definitely stay here again!

The location was great. staff was super. The Manager said I could have saved about $20 if I went through Besat western directly. Over all the stay is ok for one night.

Good value, friendly staff, breakfast a plus and close restaurants

First, they don't accept cash payments. Second, breakfast was terrible, even for a hotel continental. There is no elevator, so if you have any luggage get a bottom floor room. The whole property felt old and dirty. It could really benefit from some TLC. The location was perfect for what we needed.

I was handed a "letter" upon check-in on 12-24-13 that the following day there would be limited housekeeping so that thier staff could enjoy Christmas. It went on to state that there would only be one houskeeper and to encourage guests to put their do not disturb signs out so that the housekeper would not have to come in. I paid 100.00 per night for a family of 4 staying 2 nights- we needed houskeeping. When I went to the desk to request housekeeping the manager acted put off at my request, I shared with him that I have been a nurse for 19 years and due to my career choice I'd celebrated many a holiday the day before or after, and been paid to do so just as I was sure his staff would be. Additionally the beds were painfully hard, the heat/AC unit did not function properly , and I was told there were no more blankets when I requested an extra one for our toddler. The breakfast was advertised as a full breakfast but was continental with a small bowl of hard cooked eggs in a mini fridg. All in all our stay was unpleasant and uncomfortable.

Very hospitable, clean, and they gave a decent breakfast which we enjoyed. Our stay did not encompass entertainment, it was overnight stays and we traveled during the day. A nice place to sleep at night. Being adjacent to the Superstition Springs Mall was great, with fast food next door. We'd stay there again...and we let them know.
