Clean room, TV has cracked screen, it was a nuisance but it didn't bother me. Went to sleep. Good customer service, good breakfast food, beautiful building and landscape. Had view to watch the sunrise and I loved it. I enjoyed my stay. Thank you.

I didn’t stay in the hotel after being moved 3 different times to 3 separate rooms. Each room had some sort of stained carpet or dog/cat fur and debris. The smell of cat urine was in every room. The manager of the cleaning department had to come and see and also confirmed that the room was not clean. I knew it was a pet friendly hotel but was not aware that every room was pet friendly. I had to ask for a refund and find a new hotel last minute.
