Sheraton provided a dirty room with old dirty furniture and sheets that bunched up and there was no air conditioning and the room did not even have a desk phone. Towels and toilet paper were cheap. At least, management gave us another dirty room with a phone and air conditioning
The staff was very friendly, thd room was nice. I would stay there again.

The pools were great and since the Cubs spring training was over it was not crowded at all. Stayed here while visiting my daughter at ASU. Very convenient. Nice rooms, new and clean.
For some reason or another the hotel didn’t have any employees. The coffee shop was closed the entire time the bar and Grille restaurant was open only at limited hours that were confusing. The Mexican restaurant on site was chained closed. They only cleaned your room if you ask them to and there were no clean pool towels at the pool ever. There was a hole outside pool bar that was never open. It was the height of spring training and the hotel was full so I don’t understand why there was no people to give anyone any service. The hotel was clean and comfortable the areas in is a bit shady but overall it was just strange that there was no body around ever
Everything was ok, however, room wasn't dusted and I asked for extra pillows that didn't come.
Staff went out of the way to provide excellent customer service. Friendly and energetic. Despite huge conference and lots of people to serve they did it with a smile. Beds were very comfortable
I loved the view of the lake and the palm trees. I loved the location. Very good location, close to all stores and freeways for getting to other locations needed.
