I felt I was not treated well right from the beginning. it seems I was a bother when they noticed I book thru Orbitz.

I was notified less than 1 hour of check in that the Hotel was over booked. The staff blamed Orbitz and told me they were notified 2 Weeks prior. I pressed the manager at the front desk how they could cancel a reservation for 4 rooms that was placed back in September 2016. There was no response. The moment I mentioned that I had contacted my attorney they admitted that they only notified Orbitz less than 2 hours before check in and began scrambling to get us rooms. They found 3 rooms and crammed 8 adults into them. The Hotel itself is filthy. I informed the staff daily that there were bird droppings all over the patio leading up to the pool. No one took the time to hose it down. (See Picture)

the place was very nice, we enjoyed our stay. this review will not submit unless I type out more. this is annoying and I need to finish so I can get to work.

I have stayed in just about every resort/hotel in the Phoenix metro area, so I can justifiably comment this is the best stay for your money. AZ Golf Resort has it all; beauty, proximity to restaurants and shopping, comfort, cleanliness, and coyotes yipping at night; it has everything the others offer at a fraction of the cost. You can entertain, hold meetings, or receive family; anyone will be favorably impressed with the surroundings.

Best experience ever. Friendly staff, clean hotel.

Didn't even stay there Disgusting! it sucked no rooms available not the rooms we reserved

It is truly amazing that you could rent a hotel room for $50 and night and to be totally satisfied with the amenities Hotel staff and your room. Truthfully I'm surprised this room is not hundreds of dollars a night. While I understand it is the summertime and room rates are lower when you look at what you get for $50 at any of the competitive locations it is really pathetic. This place is just a really amazing place to stay when anything else at this price is filled with drug addicts this place offers a real private getaway. It will be my go-to spot from now on. My one-night stay ended up getting extended multiple nights

Very nice stay...great staff...great pool Rooms were out dated but super clean

Over priced for what was offered. Bed was hard and TV didn't work. The room was in poor condition.

Although reasonable clean, the rooms are outdated and under maintained. Our room had a broken window in addition to broken tiles in bathroom. The hot tub outside our room was out of order. The door did not have a tight seal around the bottom or edges which caused concern for scorpions and critters to enter our room. There is no ice machine although they provide an ice bucket and the staff has to bring ice to your room. All around a disappointing stay and do not consider this a resort by any means. We could have stayed at a Hilton for the price ... and should have.

A special thank you to the restaurant staff - Larissa - who took such great care of us when we were tired, grumpy and starving! The food was great, but the service was even better!

There was nothing we liked about experience here.. The furnishings were out dated, the room were dirty. The doors dont have knobs and they wont close. We asked to be moved to a different room and the staff told us that since we booked through a third party that they couldn't move us. We were trapped in a 70's time warp.

Room was very old, the pictures make it seem updated. I returned to my room around 1pm and my room still had balled up dirty towels from the night before. I wouldn't stay there again for that price.
