Bedding was old and stained. And very questionably even clean.

My room had alot of damage and the toilet ran every minute or so. I called front desk and they were gonna give me a different room. The manager showed up and tried to fix things. Said they were full booked and couldn't give me another room. By 10pm the toilet ran continously and would not fill back up so I couldn't flush. The persons in the next room ran their Tv all night and loudly! The rooms are in dire need of renovation and are very uncomfortable. I will not stay there again!!!!!

The ladies at check-in in were rude, they demand an ID for the second guest of room if booked for 2... But let's be realistic it's not always possible for both people to check in together, anyway they made me change it to one guest and threatened if I have any company they would charge me...

Check in was to be at 3pm and I didn't get the room till 7pm all the floor wet fromm recently been mop with a very strong odor very uncomfortable!

I was very hesitant of checking in because from outside looks like a very cheap motel but I was wrong; from inside it is very clean, comfortable as a 4* hotel!

Do realize that you are booking an inexpensive room. But the fact that it was exceptionally clean, was located convenient to downtown Mesa and not far from freeway connections or light rail, and had exceptionally fast wi-fi for $5 for the two days I stayed, and I find this a great deal.

This hotel has pretty much everything you need: clean room, a variety of amenities such as kitchen, a big fridge, as well as clean floor, shower, and bed. The price of the hotel considering all the things above is not bad at all. Nonetheless, if you are sensitive to noise, it can be difficult to stay here. I could hear others' conversations, noise from TV next door, and the sound of AC was really loud. They got cheap but many things when you stay.

I apologize that you were unsatisfied with the customer service that you received at our hotel. We would like to invite you to come back and give us a second chance to improve your experience. However we do take our company policy very seriously to ensure all guests safety and comfort. For the safety and security of all of our guests, it is important that we know how many people are registered in each room as there are fees associated with the number of guests in each room.
