What a wonderful house for a vacation! It is large and comfortable and so close to Usery Mountain hiking! It's all on one floor, which was great for our older family members. We spent a lot of time sitting outside or by the pool. There were a few minor things that needed fixing - a squeaky bed, wobbly dining chairs, etc, but nothing major. We would stay there again.

Beautiful big house that was comfortable for 2 couples and 2 single adults. Fantastic views. Great kitchen. Next door to Usery Mountain Park. We had Christmas decorations done and felt at home for the holidays. Would definitely stay again!!

Beautiful home with a beautiful view.

Our family felt so comfortable and at home. We enjoyed the pool daily with the provided floats. The putting green and cornhole were also fun. Our whole family also enjoyed the movie room and the house is laid out perfectly in case someone needs a rest. We will certainly book again when we visit the Phoenix area.

Great house great location

The house is absolutely great. We had a large group of family and there was plenty of room for everyone. Communication was great and check in was seamless. House has many great features inside and outside. Highly recommend staying here. We will be back for sure.

Friend Trip

We were in Arizona for both work and pleasure and really enjoyed this home. The house had everything we needed, and the back yard was great. We would recommend this to anyone looking for a home to stay. The Usery Mountain Park was a huge benefit begin so close. Thank you!

Amazing Home and Property!

This is our 2nd stay here. Never disappoints. I dont want to say too many good things about this place or everyone will book it! We had an amazing vacation. Again. The beds and pillows were 5 star and EVERYTHING was perfect! We will be back again soon!

Very Nice Property -Great for kids

My family had a great stay. We have 3 small children that loved running around the house and the yard. The only complaint is that the pool heater was useless since the weather was chilly and the pool cover did not work so the heat escaped. They also charge you for every day of your stay to heat the pool even if you only want it heated for a pirtion of the stay.

Overall this place was great. The listing was pretty accurate, and there were no 'gotachas'. But in the interest of providing constructive criticism, here are some things we noticed that could be improved:- Cleanliness: not perfect. I had to clean the toilet before my wife noticed, and I would prefer duvets with covers (no idea when the duvets were last washed, but there were stains on them)- Wifi: our older iPhones, my wife's iPad, and her MacBook air could not connect. My newer MacBook pro connected, as did my kid's newer iPhone. We tried rebooting the router, but that didn't help.- TV: OMG it is so slow!!! Almost funny, but actually frustrating.- Dishwasher: works great, but drawers feel like they're going to fall apart when you pull them.- Hot Tub: Seemed to work ok, but it gave us some warning about the water not being changed in 148 days. In general, it seems like the management hasn't visited the place in a while to see what might be getting run down or outdated. This isn't too different from other VRBOs we've stayed at, but we wish it wasn't like this so often.The location and views are amazing. Just like in the pics.

Beautiful Comfortable Home with a Beautiful Backyard View

This is a beautiful, very comfortable home that has everything you could need or want. Every sink has hand soap, and every shower has shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The kitchen has every dish, utensil, cookware, appliance that you could need, as well as some seasonings and a few pantry items. There's also a stroller and crib for anyone with a little one. The view from the backyard is wonderful, and I highly recommend watching the sunrise in the morning while sitting on the back porch with a cup of coffee. I gave the "Accuracy of Online Listing" just 4 stars because one of the online photos shows the large glass doors between the living room and back porch wide open. Since I was arriving at a time of year that the doors could be open and it would be wonderful to have all of that fresh air in the home, I was really looking forward to that. However, when we arrived at the home, the doors were locked and then we read in the guest book that the doors are to remain locked because the keys have had to be replaced 3 time due to guests losing them. I completely understand the decision to no longer provide the keys, but I'm sharing this information so that other future guests won't be disappointed like I was.
