Room had clothes and the folder For my diploma stolen from it. Not only were they dismally uncooperative, they were rude about it. The clothes are whatever, but I had graduated only an hour or so before so I was bitterly disappointed. No attempt to make the situation right at all.

It was clean and quiet, the grounds are well kept and pretty, the bed was so comfortable.very convenient if you need to be in Mesa.

Clean property and friendly staff. Convenient location.

Staff was very helpful and excellent. The hotel was beautiful and well taken care of .

Restaurant server not well trained. I was one of three and she forgot my juice and toast came at end of meal. Otherwise fine.

It was lovely and quiet. GPS took us to the back side of the hotel, so we had trouble finding the lobby at first. Breakfast not included here.

Had a excellent stay, clean room and friendly staff!! Would definitely recommend

All we expected Checking was great. Property was clean. Lobby was beautiful

Hotel was clean and comfortable room service available couldn't ask for more

Very Nice Hotel, I wish they had free coffee in the lobby in the morning but they do not.

I wish I got my membership points for staying here. :-/

I stayed at this hotel after a friends wedding. It's about a 10 minute walk from the Castle on Main wedding facility. The room and hotel itself was really nice. Not the best neighborhood but it is downtown mesa so I didn't expect a great area.

I was in Mesa to attend a wedding. The Marriott in Mesa offered me a clean, affordable place to stay. It was within walking distance of the historic Main Street and museums. I enjoyed going for an early morning run (before it got too hot!) in that area. I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful.

We always enjoy staying at Marriott. This one was great as well.

I stayed at the Phoenix Mesa Marriott for three nights last weekend, for a Barbershop-style singing convention. The lobby was under construction during my visit, but surprisingly, this really didn't cause any inconvenience at all, except for finding the interim lobby the first time, which took a couple of minutes and a wrong turn or two. The reason I decided to write review is that every single employee I encountered gave excellent customer service. Each seemed genuinely concerned about my needs, and each did their best to fulfill them. When I needed directions to the nearby Mesa Arts Center, I entered the lobby, which had 3-4 people ahead of me. A gentleman in a room off the lobby noticed the line, and came out to ask it he could help anyone with a question. He provided me with not just directions to the MAC, but a map on how to get there, and a map of the inside of the Arts Center, which showed the exact room I was looking for. He made sure I understood the directions before sending me off with a big smile. My wife and I had lunch at the little hotel restaurant, and I ordered a glass of a specific wine that was on the list. The waiter came back pretty quickly to let me know that they were out of that wine, and he had the wine list to show me the other choices. I selected again, and this time he came back after 3-4 minutes saying that he was having difficulty finding that particular wine (he mentioned a reason which seemed fairly reasonable at the time), apologized very sincerely, and asked if there was anything else he could bring me. I said any wine of that type would do, and he had a glass back within a minute, and told me there would be no charge for something that took that long to get there. (It was really no more than 7-8 minutes total.) Another employee brought our bags to the room, and when I reached for my wallet to tip him, he merely said "enjoy your stay," and left before I could tip him. Each and every employee we encountered took the time to make sure we had our needs met before returning to their other tasks. A very well-trained staff indeed!
