Poor experience over all staff did not want to do the basics. checked in asked to combine 2 stays as i had to booking 2 dates that needed to be merged host said it wasn't a problem i specifically asked to pleas call if you cant find it or threes any issue she said no problem. next day i got an attitude from the man at the desk saying that i only have one booking and basically shrugged his holders at me. long story short we found it under the Expedia part of his computer odd possibly before being rude to a customer maybe check all your reasorsses.

Views Music and Snacks

Room was clean. Specifically the bathroom. Loved the view of the amphitheater in the concert that we didn’t know was happening. I like the idea of the 24 hour pantry for a quick snack or breakfast as I had a very early morning so didn’t have time for breakfast. Staff was extremely friendly and inviting. Looking forward to visiting again.

Everything was wonderful except, they did not refund my deposit so the whole stay ended up being about $55 more than I expected. Otherwise, I’d definitely be staying again. Better communication, but 9 out of 10 otherwise.

Cleanliness- sink was dirty on arrival but it was cleaned right away on notification… no bathmat first night. Employees at front desk were very helpful and friendly. Should be told about no ice machine on floors 1-4. Beds super comfortable!

The only problem I had was worth hotels dot com i'm a longstanding member. I did not protect my stay with the extra fear and my wife got a new job and her start date interfered with our stay all I asked him to do. Let's push back my stand by 1 day. There was a 2 nights there. I just wanted to check-in on Saturday instead of Friday. I'll stay tunnel Monday instead of Sunday. It would have made the difference in hotel cost, but they weren't charged me an obscene amount of money to do so that is bs
