Overall our month long stay wonderful. Location was perfect and safe for walking our dog. Backyard was private and very quiet. Host responded quickly to questions. Very close to many restaurants, shopping, golf courses.

1. Checked in on a Friday, heat inside home was set to 74 degrees. 60-70's outside. Heat ran until we figured out thermostat on Monday. Uncomfortable. A manual regarding house would've been helpful.2. Security camera outside on back patio by pool. Felt invasive. Also, landscaper showed up to work one day. He knocked on front door then looked inside front window. Not the property owners fault, but still lacking in privacy.3. Refrigerator door inner seal falling off. Told host, they said they were working on getting it fixed.4. Only a few adult size bath towels. More were dropped off but they barely covered my waist, which is 34"5. Paid 942 to heat pool for 7 days. Water was barely above ambient temp. Needs a pool cover, or make heating the pool inclusive with rent. This was exorbitant. Other than that, nice & quiet neighborhood

Quiet and relaxed home!

I really enjoyed our stay. It’s a beautiful home with lots of rooms. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood that’s just 5 minutes away from stores and restaurants. Only thing that could of made it more convenient would be some dressers or a table in the bedrooms to put our clothes in/on, but we managed just fine. I would totally recommend this home!

Perfection

This is by far the best retreat ever! I love the cleanliness which is most important to me in order to feel comfortable at the onset of my stay away from home. Secondly, the security system and lighting made me feel secure both times I have stayed here-once by myself for a month. As a female, that is so important! Additionally, I am in love with the privacy and beautiful, clean pool in the backyard. This home is an example of what all VRBOs should be!!

Property Manager was awesome

Communication was incredible. I had reached out to ask if they had a high chair and pack and play for my granddaughter and they did not but they went and bought one to make our vacation more enjoyable. They also checked in with me within the first evening to see if we needed anything. We would definitely VRBO with them again.

Youth baseball tourny visit.

This visit was wonderful. Very clean and perfect for the group we had. We all enjoyed the pool and ping pong after a long day at the ball park. Close to groceries, etc. Highly recommend. We will be back to Scottsdale.

Thanksgiving in Arizona

We recently stayed here for the Thanksgiving holiday. The accommodations were perfect for what we needed. There were 7 of us staying there and we had plenty of space. The back yard is an entertainment paradise. Neighborhood was beautiful and very walkable. We would definitely stay here again.
