Tub was dirty had pink substance dripping down back right corner which indicated that it had not been cleaned prior to my arrival which I didnt check in until 1am or so. I also noticed their rate was way cheaper than orbit which was upsetting but go on their part. I also like the fact that they also keep their guest daily rate the same which is also a lifesaver. On the other hand the television was nice but the picture was fuzzy.

At check-in, the credit card machine was "down" so they were only accepting cash. Every other hotel in the area was full so we figured we may as well stay, especially since we had a good rate and it was only one night. After check-in, walking around the facility to get to our room, noticed lots of dog poop in the rocks. It was everywhere. I don't know which is worse: pet owners or the hotel owners for not getting it cleaned. Later discovered a band of feral cats living on site. I could hear them howling at each other as they were looking for a mate. Inside my non-smoking room, it smelled like a smoking room since the rooms on either side were smoking, at least they didn't have "no smoking" signs on the door. Every channel on the television was "snowy" and only about three were watchable. The shower was surprisingly the best part of the room.

I reserved and paid for a room online. Everything was confirmed. Then I drove from San Diego, CA to Phoenix, AZ, we arrived around 10:30pm. As we walked up to the door there was a huge hand written sign that the hotel was full true the hotel next door. Oh well to those customers my room is already booked and paid for so it is awaiting my arrivsl. WRONG!!! There was 2 young girls at the front they looked up with half smiles half laughs saying that they were sorry but I would have to call whomever I booked with online and ask for a refund because they have no rooms. Then went into how the computers were done 2 days and they lost all their reservations blah blah blah because I don't really care at this point. I don't have extra money to book another room elsewhere and the refund takes 5 to 7 days. So here I am in Phoenix searching for a room and its almost midingt at this point, low and behold there was some event there the same weekend so there were no rooms available in the area! Not to mention there was no manager or supervisor available at the hotel nor any emegncy contact information only this 2 very young girls saying take a card you can call on Monday (its Friday night), the whole weekend goes by and I contact them online, I have yet to receive any form of contact, no apology, nothing! Horrible customer service!!!! AND the refund was never processed I was on the phone an 1 hr and 45 mins to get my money back for a hotel room i never got.

It was fine. The receptionist had everyone check their room first because some people had complained about the quality of the rooms. As I said to her, and everyone there, it's not the Ritz, but it was fine. I was there for a place to stay after a late baseball game and before leaving early for one the next morning. If you are looking for a resort or something more, you are clearly in the wrong place. But as a flop for a night, it's fine.

I had problems with the electricity, they must to switch my room

For going to the Grand Canyon U. it was a great location. There was a pool but you could not use it . The C.B. only had two thing to choose from and only the orange drink worked ,it was mostly water. We ate at McDees. it was close. Knowing what they didn't have I would plan on that and yes I would stay there again. Would no bring children though.

Got a smoking room...claimed it was non smoking room...had burns all over and stunk...

Horrible experienced ever.. We asked for non smoking room but they gave us a smoking room.. Change room 2 times but yet still got a smoking room again.. So the receptionist gave us this smoke canned spray to get rid of the smell.. The scary part was someone wrote on the tub your bathing on someone ask blood... Freaky!! We asked for a refund for the 2nd night but they didn't give us [...]..I would NOT recommended this hotel [...] ever again.. If anyone one is booking this hotel do not stay here or room 216.. [...]

Easy check in. Friendly staff. Room served it's purpose, nothing special. Was clean, was 2 night stay, sheets were not changed 1st night, but was only 2 nights so not a problem, but my 1st time in hotel that did that. Was quiet location, safe, no problems.

The hotel was just what we needed - near to our destination, clean and the service was great.

Went here for the Nacar Race in Phx. [...] Hotel was clean, comfortable and right off the freeway. Resturants close by. Beds were super soft and buncy ( Ha ha ). Loved the refrig in the room to store our drinks and food while we were there the whole weekend.

I arrived at phoenix AZ. The Americas Best Valve Inn reservation I made did not happened because they give my room to another person. I didn't stay at that hotel. I had to look for another room last minute. They are no good company.
