Consider your budget, people. We booked well in advance of spring training season. When we arrived, the place was sold out. The poor reviews, to me, are very misleading. We were very pleased with our stay. The hotel is very close to the freeway, close to Sloan Park. We arrived late and checked in. The guy was okay, but not very helpful. He didn't tell us where the 1 elevator was located, nor the vending machines, laundry room/s, gym, ice machine/s, etc. The living room and kitchen were small, but satisfactory for 2 people. There was a SMALL couch and two chairs at a kitchen counter. The kitchen was small and the appliances were outdated. If you are accustomed to dinnerware in your suite, this one had none. There was a small coffee pot, full size refrigerator, stove/oven, and microwave. There two standard full size beds. A TV in the living room and bedroom. The bathroom was satisfactory. I would not say it was dirty at all. It had a hair dryer. There was a dresser and mirror outside the bathroom with a plug-in for the ladies to do their hair and makeup. There was a large closet with a few hangars, an ironing board, and an iron. There were no stains on the floors that I recognized. Wall decor was minimal. There is a large courtyard. There is a decent sized pool and a large hot tub. Both are fitted for physically disabled individuals. There are charcoal grills, but I did not use one. There is a nice rock pond waterfall to sit near.

The hotel is old but clean. The pool water was very cold even though it was 90+ all week. The pool deck although new was in need of repair. The beds were comfortable. The overall area although convenient is somewhat depressed.

Hotel was dated but was well equipped, clean, and friendly. Thank goodness for Orbitz to help with search and price. I did have a large room even though traveling alone and it was a busy, busy time to visit Phoenix (March) every where was overpriced and sold out...this room ended up being around $100 and was glad to get it

Nice, simple old school rooms, large kitchen, zero utensils, bring your own, clean, quiet, economical, easy access to freeways

The room was fairly comfortable. I was in a very noisy part of the hotel where a large group of young children were running and making a lot of noise for several hours, made it hard to fall asleep. the pool was under repairs, and the Jacuzzi was broken. I mainly chose this hotel because I wanted to use the pool and Jacuzzi after working. bed was comfortable. Didn't hear my wake up call, shower had very poor pressure, bathroom wasn't very clean, TV was nicer than most for the price of the room. continental breakfast looked good but was unable to eat due to a very large group of young children taking all the tables and large line to get food and drinks. The refrigerator in the room was extremely noisy. I rate it OK but not above average.

Needed 3 rooms for family trip. Price made it possible. Not fancy, but clean. No dishes in the kitchenettes. Just a fridge, Coffee maker and micro. Breakfast ends at the posted time. Not a minute latter. It's typical, on the low side. Very basic, but included in rate. We stay because it's easy access for our Mesa, Payson trips. Nice pool area. We drive in from So.Cal and NV

Check in was a bit rocky, didnt have our room ready and the desk clerk was ready to get off work. However, the room was perfect. A full kitchen, very clean room. The pool is terrific. The only thing negative was the spa was not working. Otherwise, i would definitely recommend this hotel.

Nice place to stay housekeeping is very nice pool is ok

First time to stay in this hotel. Service was very good but hotel rooms could have been cleaner.

Friendly, accommodating staff. No negatives to report. Hotel is getting old, but was priced reasonably for what you got.

The room was set up with a kitchen, which I did not need. But it was a nice touch for a guest who would be staying for several days. The television had limited channels. I did not find a channel directory, so I had to scroll through channels that had no signal to find actiave channels. A movie channel would be nice. I had a great stay for a fantastic price.

The hotel was located in a good spot right off the interstate. It was easy to get to anything in the Valley. The rooms were very clean thanks to the excellent housekeeping staff. The staff at the desk were friendly but not very helpful with suggestions about local dining places and events. The rooms had outdated furniture and the suite we had needed new appliances. The bathroom door would not latch and the fan in the bathroom didn't work. With a few upgrades this hotel could get better ratings. Good thing we were only in the room for sleeping. However, the less than modern rooms did not detract from our trip.

located for easy travel to most venues - shopping , entertainment sports and sightseeing -entertainment . property is showing it's age, rooms are fairly clean but carpets badly need" deep cleaning". Pool and hot tub very clean. Morning "free" breakfast okay. Staff always friendly and accomodating. I found prices inconsistent depending how booked

Kids were running the halls unsupervised and knocking/ditching the doors. I actually caught one red handed. The hotel employee told them, "please don't do that." They said there were no rules against it and nothing could be done. The room was nice, more than we expected, as much as we hoped. I just wonder how other hotels handle roaming punks with bad parents.

Hotel was okay, the room was fairly clean, but no hair dryer was present and the air conditioning did not work!

We requested a room with a "Queen size bed" and microwave for the least. The room had a FULL size bed, NO microwave, coffee maker DID NOT work, outlets were coming out, A/C did NOT work properly, TV did NOT work properly, room was EXTREMELY small. I had a very important meeting the next day, did NOT get any sleep and was very upset!! WILL NEVER RETURN!! The pictures are definitely not what you will get!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Everything was better than expected except for the AC unit. The place was clean (not pretty, but clean). In a reasonably safe location. Staff was friendly. I stayed here for two nights to attend a friend's wedding. However, when sleeping, since the room was small, the AC would wake me up every 2 to 3 hours when it loudly started up. Turning up the thermostat made it a battle between heat and being woken up every 2/3 hours.

First room A/C did not work. Light outside door was out so outside passage was dark. Second room was missing TV controller Also, toilet leaked from bottom on to bathroom floor Sink cabinet was rotting away at bottom. Very disappointed.

Clean room and bath. Breakfast ordinary.

every thing was great except for tv picture quality very poor, loved having itchen area I room. Also liked the fact bedoom was separate there was small living room.
