Way too small

Clean and inexpensive, but too small for an average sized couple; not ideal for hanging out. A lot of traffic noise from the nearby busy intersection. More bathroom towels, etc are needed for the length of the stay… could we have asked for more? Sure… but we should not have had to ask, in my opinion. A dorm fridge with a microwave on top is not really my definition of a kitchenette either. Sliding glass door to enter was a bit tricky to lock, and heat/air unit is a bit tricky to dial-in. Some literature on both +tv for the next visitor(s) would be most helpful.

Wonderful

The casita was perfect for my needs and exceeded my expectations. Excellent communication with the host. It was spotless, and I was provided everything I could need. The host was kind enough to leave bottles of water in the mini-fridge. I will definitely stay there again on my next trip to Arizona.
