We are experienced Premier Hosts for over 7 years and love helping families and groups make lasting memories. This delightful house boasts 6 bedrooms including 4 king beds, 1 queen bed, and 2 sets of twin bunks plus a trundle. With 3 full bathrooms, guests will feel right at home. Enjoy the tranquil surroundings and modern amenities like 10 TVs from 60" to 86", Youtube TV, WiFi, and a fully stocked kitchen. We have activities for all ages with a pool table, dart board, arcade game with over 3k games, ping pong, corn hole, and a huge closet filled with board games and activities!! Enjoy the new deluxe BBQ island that seats 10 and has built in fire features to enhance your experience. We had a wonderful time at Rob’s house! The house is well stocked, comfortable, and large enough with a big group like we had. Rob was very responsive from start to finish. Instructions were easy to follow and clear. If we ever come back for spring training we would definitely stay there again!

We absolutely loved this house. It had everything we needed for toddlers and two infants. The pool and backyard area was perfect. There were even lifejackets and floaties for the kids. It was well stocked with towels and the kitchen had event we wanted to cook most of our meals there. The hosts were very responsive and made our experience a great one! We will be back. Thank you!

Amazing place to host a get together with the guys! Rob and Sharon did everything to make our trip as convenient as possible. The bedrooms were roomy and the beds were very comfortable. There was an abundance of towels and toiletries. The house had every appliance and piece of kitchenware we needed. The pool was sensational. The gorgeous grill set up was put to good use all weekend. If you are someone who likes to hang out and play yard games, this place is for you. Rob and Sharon went out of their way to get us a new poker table to use, knowing that we were going to have a friendly tournament. Pool table, darts, arcade games and ginormous TVs were at our disposal when we had our fill of hanging out back. If we are ever back in the area, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

This property was more than large enough for our family and absolutely beautiful. The location was perfect—especially being close to Cardinals Stadium. The home had everything we needed; aside from groceries, we didn’t need to bring anything else. It was very well stocked, and there was no shortage of fun things to do.Our kids loved the games, pool table, and the whole family really enjoyed the heated pool and jacuzzi. It was a great setup for both kids and adults.Rob was fantastic—excellent communication and very responsive to all of our needs. We will definitely stay here again and will gladly refer others looking for a VRBO in this area.

Rob went above and beyond our expectations. We had 6 little Santa believers and Rob set up a Christmas tree upon our arrival for Christmas week. The grill area was spectacular and well used. The pool was perfect and bounce house was in constant use. The house was roomy, clean and well stocked. Rob was great!

Family Spring Break Trip

We had 4 families of 4 together on this property. 8 kids ages 11-16 and 8 adults. The pictures and explanation of the property were accurate. Everyone had a ton of fun with the pool, outdoor games, whirlpool, game console and playing pool inside. There was plenty of seating inside and outside for everyone. We cooked meals and had everything we needed in the large kitchen. We highly recommend and would go back again!
