We booked 2 rooms. One was infested with cockroaches and the other was infested with bedbugs. There was no complimentary shampoo and the only coffee available was decaf.

Do not waste your money. The hotel is filthy, the beds are harder than the floor, the Internet/tv does not work, and the shower would not drain. The staff will go out of their way to make you feel like an inconvenience if you ask for any type of assistance. I will never stay here again, and I will make sure none of my friends or family do either.

The woman at the front desk was very unfriendly and after an encounter where she acted as if my checking in was a major inconvenience to her movie watching at 1am she sent me to a room very far away only for me to arrive to a unmade room (no sheets on the bed, dirty towels). The next room she gave me was even further away. The farthest room on the first floor actually. The hotel wasnt dirty I didnt see roaches, bedbugs or mice it is just old and poorly maintained (paint chipping, carpet soiled). If you need a quick place to shower and take a nap, sure...not terrible

I won’t stay there again. The only staff that treated me with respect were the shuttle drivers, specially Mrs. Veronica. She treats people with kindness and have outstanding customer services skills. She should be consider to work at the front desk.

No daily room upkeep, not even to emptying the trash. Inadequate front desk staffing-only one on duty at peak check-in time late afternoon to evening. No active dining, room service only and the breakfast was horrible. "Toast" was dried out bread and scrambled eggs burnt.

the rooms have not changed since the 80's and i know because i've been there in the 80's. on the other hand it is convenient, and the shuttle is good.

I stay here a lot and every time I stay there’s always something wrong with something in the room. Whether it’s the shower head wash cloths lamps and lack of amenities. The room space and size is always Good....

The TV didn’t work, AC sucked. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

I really didn’t enjoy my stay. The property was less than presentable. I was put in a handicap room. I am not handicapped. The room’s bathroom was not cleaned thoroughly: sink had hair in it. The bed looked like it had been slept in. The room had a bad smell as well. I was booked to stay two nights and after the first night may key card was locked; after a long walk, I get to my room and the card didn’t work. I advised the front desk and the clerk got an attitude. Please think before you book this hotel. There were people, tenants, lurking around outside in the parking lot which made me very uncomfortable. It is not worth the price. I seen better rooms at a Motel 6.

Reasonable place to stay for the price. I didn’t have any issues.

Everything was fine - price seemed very high for a 3-4 star hotel (in my eyes) but no real issues.
