I waited an hour and a half to check in to my room despite having a reservation. The staff was unpleasant when I finally got to the counter.

Check in took about 20 minutes at 1am. Rooms were nice, but there were cobwebs in the corners.

Smells old, like they used to have smoking conventions in the hallways. Not the most up to date. But it was cheap and convenient. I just think you can do better in this area.

We just stayed one night. The hotel was okay. It's a bit older and the wear and tear is starting to show. The room was clean enough. However, the mattress was very hard and the bath tub needed repair as the water did not drain properly.

Every time I stay here, there is a rude, middle aged, black women with an attitude. Get rid of her and your customer satisfaction rating would definitely increase.

The hotel was dirty. The hallways looked like they hadn't been vacuumed in weeks. The bed was an awful, sagging mess. Had to sleep sideways to keep from rolling into the center of the bed. Would not stay here again,

I was told by Orbits that i could park my car be cause l was going to take a plane trip and would park for 2 weeks .The hotel told me because I made my res. Through a third they were going to charge me $50 per wk. Not happy.

It was a good trip. I would let my family stay their.

I have flew in late and the lady that checked me in was very helpful.

Clean comfortable place lots of parking. WiFi an issue constant required logging on.

Service at the front desk was excellent. Our room was clean and very comfortable. The restaurant can use a little more decor to brighten it up. The staf there was very accommodating because they didn't have a children's menu so they were able to get her chicken fingers and French fries which were very good. I had the bacon blue cheeseburger and fries which vast pretty tasty too. I would definitely stay here again. Nice and quiet hotel.

Hotel is outdated. Room and Bed smelled bad. Staff was nice, but the facilities were just terrible for the cost.

The room was clean but old furniture. You can tell throughout the hotel (the elevator, the carpet, the wallpaper, the furniture, the tile floors, the pool, the exercise equipment... etc...) the is hotel has seen better days. But for a more reasonable $$tay than the other hotels in the area, for an overnight layover from the airport... it is a good value. Easy access to the airport by shuttle and the main expressway to Philly is beside the hotel.

Check-in took very long (almost 20 minutes) because the hotel's computer system server was very slow. Everything else was fine.

This is a clean basic older hotel near the airport. It is in an area that doesn't not have a lot to do nearby but seems safe. The check-in staff were nice and helpful. The restaurant is very basic but the food is good. The bartender, Dana, is very fun to talk to and worth the trip.

This hotel had friendly staff and comfortable beds but definitely needs some improvement. Our shower didn't drain properly, bed sheets weren't changed, wifi was spotty, and safe didn't work. Wouldn't stay here again.

We had a early morning flight scheduled the next day.Got a good nights rest and got to airport in plenty of time.

Expedia overbooked the hotel so a lot of people were getting relocated. It took so long though! The line was so long and very slow moving to check in. The sheets had black marks on the side. Some nicks on stuff. Each morning they woke us up after 9 to clean the room. Then called and woke us up again to ask again. My boyfriend already told them no downstairs. So they were told 3 times the first day then finally the second day they got the hint telling them once. We put the do not disturb sign on that we forgot to the night before. Then when checking out the employee kept huffing. She looked so annoyed and miserable. Idk why but it was a really unprofessional. She didn't ask how are stay was or said anything nice really. The only thing I can say was the view was nice seeing some of the river and the bed and pillows were really comfortable. It might actually have been better to get relocated.

This hotel is old and tired. They need to update just about everything. They should at least shampoo the carpet everywhere because it really smelled bad especially in the hallways.
