My room was very clean and spotless, which is what I love about staying at the W. Staff were also friendly and nice. On Saturday 2/14/2026 I did have to leave my room due to loud banging which sounds like construction over top of my room. I was displeased with that and a lil terrified. I wanted to rest but instead I requested my vehicle and took a drive.

EVERYTHING ABOUT MY STAY WAS AMAZING. FROM THE MOMENT I ARRIVEDTHE FRONT DESK STAFF MADE ME FEEL WELCOMED AND TAKEN CARE OF-TRULY SOME OF THE BEST HOSPITALITY I'VE EXPERIENCED.
