Almost..perfect.

Everything about our stay was wonderful expect for one very important piece; there was no hot water available. I was able to call a service representative who guided me some troubleshooting yet ultimately was unable to restore hot water to our suite. It was very disappointing but overall, we "fell in love with the place!"
