The hotel is very charming, more so than your typical hotel chain. It is clean and neat and quiet. I received maid room service the first day but not the second day which surprised me. The breakfast was limited but adequate. The staff was very accommodating.

We stayed here in November. For some reason, the heat was on full blast, and I saw a thermostat set to 83F. It was stifling. The only way to get relief was to ask the staff to come into our room to turn on the AC. What kind of system is this? Who actually wants the heat that high? The building itself seems kind of old with visible cracks in some tiles. I am fine with that, but what I am not ok with is the shower having very weak water pressure. I will say that the staff was absolutely first rate and none of my complaints should reflect on them. I wish them all the best. And for their sake, I hope someone will turn the heat down.

Very friendly staff, great experience and good price for a last minute booking. Slightly firmer bed, otherwise very cute and charming place. A bit of oddness with lack of control of AC units, after housecleaning temperatures would be reset colder each day and had to go down and ask them to not make the room so cold a few times.
