Very nice handicap accessible room equipped with two queen size beds, large TV, coffee maker, fridge. Our 18th floor room was very quiet and comfortable, and hotel features an adequate lounge serving liquor and light fare. A more expansive menu is available at the adjacent Ruth Chris Steakhouse. Check-in and check-out were efficient and staff was very courteous, promptly responding to our complaint about burned out bathroom light. We would gladly stay here again.

Rooms were very clean, staff were friendly. Hotel overall nice and ran as expected. Location was great - right in the middle of everything. Beds were comfortable too. Only thing of note on the negative is the room I was in had very little storage. The room wasn't big, but there still were better/more options available than having to use the night stands as the only drawer space available. Small closet too. If I were staying a week the lack of storage would've been a bit more of an issue, but for a short trip wasn't terrible.

Front desk was understaffed, nearly always a long line. The “perks” for Expedia were usable only at Artists Cafe which was also understaffed or closed. Heat in room didn’t correlate to thermostat; vanity was so small it was barely usable. Bed was exceptionally comfortable though!

Loved this hotel. Prime City Center location and only about a 12-minute drive to Temple University. Having Starbucks and Ruth’s Chris right in the hotel was a huge plus. The staff was outstanding friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful and they honored my Expedia VIP benefits, which I really appreciated. I would absolutely stay here again.
