The location was wonderful and so close to all the restaurants and shops!

They set the temperature in the whole sixth floor at 78 degrees. When I asked the staff at the counter to please turn down the temperature they had no idea how to do it. After calling a manager and waiting an hour they were able to turn the air down to 70. Floors are all uneven. Weird substances on the Windows. Just not an overall could stay.

Like: close to all in gayborhood Dislike: sheets on crooked, mosquitoes in the room!!! Weird stains on the walls. No screen in the window. No toilet paper, yes - no toilet paper! They left a vacuum in hallway. This room was 276$ for ONE NIGHT!! Never again. Very very dissapointing!!!

Small room. Unless they have short sheets, I believe the maid short-sheeted the bed.

Rent was very reasonable, considering surrounding hotels were charging much more. The heat is floor by floor, not room by room. The Location is pretty ideal, 2 blocks from Broad St. and 5 easy blocks from Convention Center, and similar distance to Rittenhouse Square, 3 blocks from theater district, walking distance from many good restaurants. The room was average, the bed was comfortable.

Old building, therefore a bit creaky and narrow. Good location with a parking garage across the street. On the night I stayed I needed to work on the computer, and the wifi was spotty at best.

upon arrival, the staff kindly offered early check in, but there was leftover food in the fridge from previous guest. Also, the room was very cold most of the time, called front desk to raise the temperature but it was still very cold most of the time during my stay. Overall, great location, but other than that below average hotel stay experience

no air in room very uncomfortable did not sleep at all will never stay at a roadway again

I loved everything about my stay there and the staff was friendly

I would rate a 1 for the front desk manager Brian and the GM.I called to cancel the reservation 3 days prior to check-in (it was my fault,I booked on the wrong side of the city,1st timer to Philly)and Calvin was insanely sweet and helped me out but said I'd need to call back because he can't cancel without a manger being there to approve but he would make a note(it was 10PM so I understood)so I called back in the morning and got Brian who explained to me that now we are within the 48 hr cancellation period and i would still have to pay in full.At this point I wasn't upset yet, we were just simply working out details but then he tells me "well why don't you just ask Calvin, maybe he'll pay for your room for you".HOW RUDE?! Obviously a front desk agent doesn't go around buying people hotel rooms. As a manger this is your answer to a problem?Well guess what, now I'm mad, there was NO reason to speak to me like that.So then spoke to the GM that was unwilling to help as well and said he stands by what Brian told me. Ouch! How are these people still in business if they speak to paid customers in such a rude and condescending manner?Long story, the other hotel I booked was nice enough to cancel my reservation(in the 48 hours). Both were booked on Orbitz and have to follow same guidelines, The rooms are insanely tiny!! I had a normal sized bag on my shoulder and I had to walk in the elevator sideways to fit it's so small. For $216.00 I would expect something more then a walkin closet.

Keep playing with the price which is not normal and not fair.

I travel often. The rooms feel like a closet with pipes and vents everywhere. No heater. The parking is bad $15 overnight. No In and outs. the parking lot is $14hr through oit the day. Location is great though. Worst hotel i ever stayed in bar none. We left and went to another hotel with no refund. We didnt mind though. Its that bad.

Horrible experiences, dirty, the drug needle and shot was tacked in into bed sheets. Dusty

There is easy parking across the street. A starbucks on the corner. the bathrooms are updated

It was a very very very terrible stay! I suggest you NEVER go to this place !!! I stayed in the hotel from Oct 5-Oct 6 2016. The first night was very terrible ! I felt there was something in the blanket and my arms and neck was bitten by something during sleep. I felt very itch and can not sleep at all. The next morning, my both arms and necks were red. There are four red spots/erythema in left arms, three red sports in right arms, one in hand and one in neck. Then I talked to the front desk to cancel my following stay for Oct 6th. The receptionist or manager told me they can not refund if I cancel. They only can exchange the room ! There was NO apology or Sorry. No further ask situation. They just exchange the hotel room ?! What the heck ! I had to meet my client. I did not have time to argue with them. But I took pictures. PLEASE NEVER stay in that hotel!

There were weekend events I attended and this hotel was a convenient location. It is right in the heart of Center City Philadelphia. It is pretty basic but clean and comfortable. Staff is courteous. Cable tv channel line up is a bit limited. My room did have a coffee maker which I appreciated. This is the type of place to lay your head at night without spending a lot of time in the room.

It was the perfect size for one and I loved having my own shower. I will definitely stay in this hotel again!

The shower and tv were both broken. They could not fix it, and the manager never contacted me per my request. I won't stay again.
