Staff were professional, facilities were clean & in proper working order. The room was a two bedroom with a kit here & sitting room. The bedrooms were open, rather than two separate rooms. There was a bedroom with a wide opening to the sitting room & the other was a loft. It was fine for us and it looked & felt new. The toilet & showers room was a little small, I had to straddle the toilet to close the door but there were two full bathrooms which was convenient. Overall it was a good hotel& I will stay here agsin

Animal hair on furniture, which should have been thoroughly vacuumed prior to renting the room. The unit needed to be aired out, because of the blend of dog smell and cleaning materials attempting to mask the animal odor. There were cracks in the ceiling, which should be addressed by the property at some point. Breakfast was fine for a free option (nice cold brew!). Staff was very nice, accomdoative, and friendly. Sufficient for a short stay but could be better relative to other Residence Inn branded properties we've visited.

Our room was not clean at all. I can't believe it would pass inspection by the housekeeping manager before being turned over! There was dust caked all over all the furniture, fixtures. The tub bottom itself looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months it was so black. The mirrors were so dirty you couldn't even see yourself through the streaks. The oven and refrigerator im not sure have ever been cleaned. It was so dusty the walls even had dust stuck to it so bad i thought maybe it needed paint but ran my hand over it and dust went everywhere! Beyond all that the couch was covered in stains ans rips all over it. The carpet was coming up everywhere the bathroom walls had what looked like maybe (hopefully) hair dye all over them. Just absolutely disgusting. Id never stay here again and surely i would not recommend anyone staying here!
