Radisson Valley Forge Hotel

Just finished my third stay here in two years and they've made some noticeable upgrades.

Our room was nice. I booked a king room. When we got there they said there were no King rooms available so we could be upgraded to an executive king suite or take a standard double room. The executive king room didn't have a window, but it was a nice room. Linens were really nice and the bathroom was really big. I felt that the casino wasn't very big and even in the nonsmoking section, you could still smell smoke. Nice hotel though, would definitely stay again!

Good hotel, lots of activity options in the area, great for groups. Never made it to the casino but seems popular

For a resort it was a little less than I had expected but still nice. pool is outdoor so not open and no other option for that. The Tavern was decent pub food with friendly staff & Revolution was really worth a try! staff overall were very pleasant & helpful.

Do not stay at this hotel. Poor amenities poor service they treat their guest horribly and the standards compared to any other city are well below tolerable.

Nice hotel, clean room, friendly staff... would stay there again,

Room overall was clean. Bathroom.shower head was coming out of the wall and not secured. And could see the hole behind it. Outside of that. Room was fine.

I was a very late arrival (pulled in about 5:30 am morning of check-out day. Jay was helpful on the phone; Lamont was very helpful checking us in. I chose the hotel because the business meeting I attended was located there. I would not stay there otherwise primarily because the attention to detail regarding cleaning was very lacking. I don't always expect plush furniture but I do expect more thorough cleaning efforts both in the room and the common areas throughout the hotel.

I stayed in one of the fantasy suites. It was awesome. I felt like I was living in the 1500's! Very nice décor.

Nice hotel for the price. Great location for our trip

connected to the Valley Forge Casino so this was a good thing for my 1 night stay. on site food and beverage facilities; nearby malls, shops; right off of the PA Turnpike and other highways made it very convenient

I grew up with the radison in view of my home and always had a fondness for the place. Unfortunately aside from some touch up paint here and there, not much has changed. The staff is attentive and helpful - that is a big plus. The elevators need to be replaced. I feared they were going to break off the cables and free fall at any time. You can easily hear what's happening in each room as you walk through the hallways. There really is no privacy. The bathrooms are very small. There are very few outlets (2) to plug things in. That was fine in 1979 - not anymore. The food was awefull- especially at the prices they charged. Probably the worst breakfast buffet I've ever seen. Bryan in the Tavern is a great bartender- but the rest of the staff seem rather miserable or unaware of your presence. The casino next door would be a nice attraction but I walked in and left ten minutes later. Security there was rude when I asked a simple question and I was the youngest person there by 40 years... I'm 40. Given the other choices in the area, the Raddison would have to drop their price considerably for me to consider staying there again.

My stay at the Radisson was very good. They allowed me to do an early check in which I appreciated. The good was clean and I got my request to be close to the elevators. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The buffet breakfast was an added bonus, and they had an omelette station, yum.

We arrived at Radison Hotel hopping to have a nice room, where we could relax after a long trip. We were told by the front desk that our room was located on the 15th floor, and we needed to take the elevator up to the 14th floor, and then had to take a private stair case...... Okay, (I thought), this sounds great. We must be in a special floor!!!! As we were going up the stairs, I noticed that the stairs were not cleaned in a long time. Not a good sign. We open the door, and were greeted by a room in a tropical forest theme. The whole room had plastic fake trees, dusty, and depressing. The room had a strange smell, the bathroom was all leaves and tropical animals. I am speechless, and my college daughter (who we were picking up), turned around and asked me with a smile in her face: Mom, did you arrange for a special room? Now, I am embarrassed, (as I need to explain to my child that I did not arrange for that), but most of all, confused and uncomfortable that I cannot sleep in this enclosed room, without windows. After calling the front desk, they said that the theme rooms were the only availability they had. I had to explain that I could not stay in the room surrounded by fake animals, trees and plastic sculptures, that had gathered a lot of dust over the years. They upgraded us to another room to the casino hotel. Needless to say that I have seen better hotel rooms, and better cleaning situations, I would not recommend this hotel. There are many other better hotels in the area.

Close to the mall, restaurants, and entertainment. Adjacent to the freeway, so it has great access. We drove out here from Philadelphia for the value--and we are sure glad we decided to do this. The pleasant surprise was the sleep number bed, and there was no tossing and turning. Perfect night of sleep for less than $80. Thanks!

The room was a nice size. The only problem was no window Clearly you can tell it ( the room) was added for $$ purposes. The updates was thrown together sink seperated from the counter refrigerator gone from the room rug could have used a shampoo. Housekeeper knocking on door to see if I left 1hr. before check-out time (annoyed)! Front desk staff was excellent!

I have been staying at this facility for almost 10 years when I am in this area. It was good before the Casino and it just got better. You will be hard pressed to find a better place to stay at for Business or Personal travel in and around King of Prussia PA

Room was new and clean. Great location - easy drive to the mall and the Expo Center.

The hotel staff is pretty cool and the location is perfect for shopping. Rooms are very clean, spacious and comfortables. You have access to the casino and enjoy the nightlife in all the bars inside the hotel. Near from philly and KOP mall. Awesome hotel and the price is really cheap!

The overall value was fantastic but the room could use some TLC. The hotel and restaurant staff were super friendly and helpful, even accommodating a refrigerator request immediatelym
