Philly fun in a great neighborhood.

The home is located in a great neighborhood with lots of restaurants and just a block from the Italian Market and close to downtown. There is much to do and see. There are lots of stairs to bedrooms and bathrooms, but the home is cozy and clean.

Thanksgiving family get together

Lots of room for all six of us to spread out, but great common area to sit and visit together. Super easy access to the Italian Market. Clean, secure and well furnished with all the necessities. Accurate information about checking in and exiting. I would recommend for a large adult gathering.

Beautiful home

Beautiful rental home. Very modern renovation. All 3 floors matching decor. Lots of space if you have a larger group. The only issue we had was with the upstairs A/C. Msg to owner and she had someone come out to get it fixed first thing the next day. Very responsive to any questions we had during our stay. We had a greag stay‼️

Excellent stay in Phllly

Travelled with a teenager and my senior parents. Location is perfect, very close to the places we wanted to visit. House is clean and feels homey. Hot summer days and nights were cooled down by two ACs. Lots of space for a bigger group! Bathrooms are perfect for our needs. Kitchen and dining are very functional. Living area is cozy. There are stairs to climb to 3rd floor where master bedroom is. Location is in a main road but we had no issues with parking. Close to convenience stores and groceries. Check-in is very smooth. Host is very responsive and easy to deal with. Explains upfront the steps that needed to be done. Thanks for sharing your home with us!
