They have the best handicapped rooms.

No clean, hot tub and refrigerator did not work. No tissues. Front desk did not help at all.

Staff is extremely nice. Just makes our stay less stressful.

They gave a room whose lights were broken. They changed the room, but it was noisy and we couldn’t sleep.

I stayed with my big dog and the staff were professional and non judgemental about my bully breed . will stay again. for the price you can't beat it

Cheap hotel. With that, you get a varied clientele...and suspect conditions. So yes, the walls were paper thin and multiple arguments were heard (likely between johns/pimps and pros)...and in one case, required intervention from the hotel staff. Although we were in a non-smoking room, the room smelled like cigarettes. Same went for the other people we were traveling with. There was also scotch tape holding the wallpaper together where it was separating from the walls. While the front desk and housekeeping staff were pleasant enough, the rooms were lacking in cleanliness. There was visible dust. Also, the "hot" breakfast consisted of Cheerios, bread and bagels...and a jar of jelly.

Nasty would not recommend to anyone. The room is old broken furniture lumpy mattress old raggedy curtains

Booked here because it is only 6 mi from Sesame Pl & was one of the few places that had rooms left, and now I know why. There were a number of shady people hanging out front & I got the impression that people actually live here. Looks like a lot of "short stays" and drug deals happening. Not a family inn like I was expecting. My husband checked in and it was quick. Because I booked the room through Orbitz no credit card or ID was required. The ENTIRE place reeks of cigarette smoke. Given the fact that we have two young children in tow, I was not happy with this. Walking to our first floor room, I was nervous about what the room would look like. We open the room door and the smell of smoke was so strong, I felt like I was walking into a casino. I immediately had my husband take out his LED flashlight and inspect the entire room for bed bugs. That's how bad of an impression I had walking into this place. The carpet had not been vacuumed. There was a flat screen TV and an old microwave. Missing fridge, only a few wires as if someone removed it or stole it. The furniture is old & chipped. Behind the night stand is a pile of ashes. Luckily the sheets are clean (I triple checked before laying my sleeping child). Bathroom was the only clean area & it looked fairly updated. You get what you pay for. Not safe given the derelicts "living" & "working" (drugs, prostitutes). Please spend the extra $ and go to a diff part of town! Bad stretch of road!! Not safe!!

Hotel has a ventilation issue. My room was clean but smoke stench kept seeping through near the door. Hallway carpets need to be replaced. Breakfast was severely lacking. Trash was overflowing from all outside trashcans and dumpster. Even saw a shady fellow digging in the dumpster one morning then circling the property in a white truck numerous times. My room was clean and I slept well. Front desk guys were great. The place is in dire need of renovations.

Did you ever hear the saying "You get what you pay for" that's exactly what I got. I thought I was getting a great deal with Sesame Place 15 minutes away that included breakfast. The hallway stank like an ashtray and my room had an awful stench!! I didn't even want to sleep on the bed. The breakfast didn't have any OJ or apple juice. The scrambled eggs tasted like scrambled paper. When I poured a cup of coffee my coffee was half coffee grinds & half of coffee. Awful. They seriously need new management. That hotel could have potential with a owner and staff that cared about their guest and Inn. Worst stay I ever experienced with my family. I didn't get a good night's rest.

There was some unsavory people hanging around the hotel which made it uncomfortable for us was really disappointed bc the pictures made it look nice and it was not the carpets in the hallways were gross and hadn't been cleaned in sometime and they refused a refund so we had to stay there. I will never go back to this hotel

Terrible, just terrible. There were people smoking in the lobby.

Hotel presentation in lobby very dirty, carpet dirty, and with strong odor that you smell when enter. The non smoking room with terrible smoke odor that made it difficult for a non smoker like me to sleep. I will never make any reservation with another Comfort Inn/ Quality Inn in the Americas. That was a waste of my money.

Stayed to work, it was just some where to take a bath and get some sleep.

I found this place to stay temporarily as I am in Pennsylvania. I place is fine, though the construction adds to the commute. The amenities are fine as well.

We stayed at this hotel because we were going to Sesame Place which is just 10-15 minutes away. It does not seem to be located in the best of areas, however, our room was clean, the breakfast was good, and the staff was friendly. There was a face painter and balloon maker there in the morning for kids to take advantage of, that's a really nice touch. They are in the process of getting an elevator installed. We were on the first floor so this was not a problem for us, but I saw someone climbing the stairs with crutches which seemed like a huge inconvenience and a safety/liability issue for the hotel as well.

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights while visiting Sesame Place with our grand children and their parents. There were 4 adults and 4 children. Our rooms were side-by-side allowing the children to move back and forth and allowing the adults some down time. The kids loved the pool and the breakfast was a full breakfast, not just toast and cereal. There was a clown who came each morning and did face painting and made balloon figures. So much fun. I would rate this as more than a 2 star hotel and will definitely stay here again if in the area. Only drawback was construction on road in front of hotel which is no reflection on the hotel. Thanks for all your help.

The Comfort Inn wasn't a very pleasant experience for me honestly. It was overcrowded and their was smoking going on in non smoking rooms so the hallway stunk.

Leah, I am terribly sorry to hear of your disappointment with our hotel. Accept our apologies for the condition of your room, missing the fridge and smelling of smoke. We are also sorry the area made you feel unsafe with your children. Thank you for sharing your review. Kind regards.
