Love this place

This is our third time staying here and we love it. Nice quiet street, very clean comfortable and functional property. It is also in the perfect location to walk to just about everything in Philly.

This is a great location, and the house is wonderful! The roof deck is great for morning coffee! All the bedrooms were well appointed! A great overall place to stay in Center City!

Location, Location, Location

Not only was this a charming, historic townhome with all the amenities needed for a relaxing stay in Philly, but it was also an amazing place to reach all the Must Dos of Philly. Highly recommend! We parked nearby and never used our car!

Lovely little home

My family stayed here recently while visiting family. The house was so cute on a lovely little quiet street that we knew well. Perfect for our needs. The house is well maintained, clean and stocked with what you need for a comfortable stay. The location is nice and walkable to so many restaurants, grocery, boutiques and coffee shops within a short distance not to mention the proximity to the Italian Market. Parking in the garage is easy at Acme and the parking pass was such a bonus. If I had one critique it would be that we arrived to find the refrigerator in the kitchen was not working and a small dorm style fridge had been placed in front of it. This made the tiny kitchen much more crowded and didn’t allow for much cold food, drink or ability to have ice. We totally understand though that things happen and appliances can break but perhaps wish that it was communicated to us ahead of time. Overall the house is great and we would love to book a stay here again in future.

Great location

The apartment was everything that was listed. Also many amenities coffee with coffee filters. Oil spray for cooking. A piece of history with upgrades. Central air was great. We also were able to sit outside and enjoy the patio. We were in Philadelphia for a graduation. Apartment was comfortable and very clean. Thank you for a wonderful visit to Philadelphia!

The type of space we hoped for

This was a great "HQ" for my family's week in Philadelphia. It was clean, well lit, and included amenities we wanted such as outside space (ground level and elevated), parking nearby, and easy access to a well-used playground and two grocery stores. My little kids loved the spiral staircase. The kitchen had everything we needed to eat several meals "at home." We would be happy to stay here again.

Great Stay!

Great location. Historic. Hosts were very responsive and helpful. Great walkable neighborhood. Grocery very close to walk to. Walking distance to all historic sites or a quick Uber. Parking for the VRBO was very close. If you have a car or small SUV you can fit down the alley to unload in front of the property. Anything bigger unloaded at the corner. But just a few steps away! Property was so comfortable and stocked with all that was needed. The stairs in the home may be difficult for older travelers. But we thought they were cool. Lol. Great space for a family of 4. Beautiful place. Thank you! Lunch must go-to...Reading Terminal!

3-Day Philly Weekend

This adorable townhome is nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood within walking distance to restaurants, parks, supermarkets and bakeries. My husband, my teenage sons, and myself all love the house as we had our own private space. Great location!
