Great amenities! I loved the workout room equipment..of course, I needed to work out after eating all the food that was available for breakfast!

Hotel was close to turnpike, mall, food etc. Only 30min from downtown. Well maintained. Good breakfast, selections rotated daily.

We were comfortable here. Parking is excellent. We did not partake in the morning breakfast. Every morning housekeeping knocked on each door asking if housekeeping was needed. This was before 8 AM. Quite a rude awakening. Overall it was a nice stay. The grounds are park-like and quite beautiful. We noticed that the young people really enjoyed the pool area. You really must have a car if you plan to get over to the Mall which is awesome.

Needed a place to stay while water/electric off at our home during renovations. Chose the Best Western in King of Prussia as it was convenient and had a pool since the forecast was for hot, hot hot! What a great choice. The front desk staff were amazing - so friendly and helpful. Recently remodeled they tell us, the lobby area looked very nice- with a small bar and eatery open in the evening. Clean clean clean, too! Our room was listed as a "small room" but it was not cramped- we had an amazingly comfortable queen size bed, a small refrigerator and coffee maker (with necessary supplies for it!!) and a full bath. Most important - it was sparkling clean and fresh when we got there. We utilized the pool and hot tub, both enjoyable. There are plenty of places to eat within walking distance (we went to Plaza Azteca and loved it) as well as the entire King of Prussia mall at your disposal if you want to shop. The room included breakfast the next morning, scrambled eggs, sausage, french toast, yogurt, plenty of fresh fruit, bagels, toast. A fair breakfast for being included. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanted to stay in the KOP area.

We stayed here only one night. The checkin was quick and easy. The employees were very pleasant and actually funny. The temperature of the room was very comfortable along with the bedding, except that I found the pillows to be too puffy and not as comfortable for my neck. The free breakfast was just ok. But I guess it is standard for these types of included buffet breakfasts.

This place is fine. It's very convenient to all the key local roads (PA Turnpike, 202, etc). The grounds are very bare-bones. Not very pleasing to the eye. Room was fine. Staff was fine. I had a very short stay and, other than sleep, was at the place for about 20 minutes.

I booked hotel stay for out of town business meeting. Upon check in around 4:30PM (Prime check in time) with 2 people in front of me and only 1 clerk on to check guests in. Clerk was extremely nice! When I asked why he was the only one checking people in said others were in a management meeting. Really bad choice of time for a meeting! I ended up being late to the scheduled business meeting which didn't look good for me. For this reason alone I would not stay here again.

Bathroom was nice, room was clean. They need to upgrade mattress, bed linens, pillows and the carpet. Clean but old n worn out.

Have stayed at the Best Western 3 other times and each stay has been a nice, consistent stay

Well kept with very attractive grounds. Across from the huge King of Prussia Mall. Auto egress from the Inn is awkward requiring a risky u-turn to get to the mall. The free breakfast is adequate, but the tables are not cleaned by staff so the guests have to tidy up after themselves, or previous guests.

I would recommend this hotel if you want a reasonable and pretty comfortable place to stay near the King of Prussia mall. It is near lots of restaurants and very good shopping as well as Valley Forge Park. The room was comfortable, although the whole place could use a little spiffing up. The breakfast was on the good side of a typical motel breakfast with some variety every day and very nice fruit. The room cleaners were somewhat unenthusiastic but did what they were asked specifically but no more.

We checked in very late (after midnight). The person at the front desk was very pleasant, and check-in was quick. The room was very comfortable - especially the beds. Everything was clean and in good working order. Enjoyed the breakfast the next morning, and then departed for the rest of the trip.

This hotel was a good value for the money. It is right across the street from the King of Prussia mall and very close to lots of great restaurants. Our only issue is that on our first morning the power went out and there was no communication from the staff regarding the issue- it was restored by the afternoon but it would have been nice for the staff to come around and reassure us guests.

We wanted a convenient, economical place to stay for an overnight two day shopping excursion to King of Prussia Mall. This place fit the bill for price and proximity, right across the road, from the mall. We would stay there again. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The place was clean and functional. The free breakfast was adequate and came with a free newspaper.

I flew to the area from Louisiana to attend a funeral of a good friend. I was throughly pleased with the accommodations and staff. My room had a balcony with flowers planted in flower boxes and a Mini fridge in the room. The motel served a great hot breakfast in the morning which included eggs, meat, waffles and good assortment of breads and cereals. The hotel is located across the street from a huge mall and near many good restaurants nearby

Met expectations good location and great staff would recommend

Good experience at check-in. Competent people with a very positive attitude toward customers. Rooms are very nice. Breakfast provides a lot of choices. Location is convenient for Valley Forge NP.

We stayed there on our way to New York. It was a bit hard to find, but other than, we loved our stay.

Excellent Hotel to stay. Clean, comfort, spacious hotel. Breakfast was appropriate. Excellent quality.
