We had a lovely stay at this condo. Very peaceful and quiet area but close to everything. All the beds were EXTREMELY comfortable with extra blankets and towels provided. Our kids enjoyed the loft while us parents enjoyed our own space in the primary bedroom/bathroom. Large enough living area for everyone to spread out on the comfy couch while watching a movie on the large wall-mounted TV. Our kids loved the indoor pool and hot tub. If our stay wasn’t in October we would have loved to check out the condo association’s frontage on Round Lake.This is probably the cleanest and most well-kept rental I’ve ever stayed in. Well appointed and had everything we needed and more.We did a day trip to Mackinac Island, only about 40 minutes to the ferry, as well as one day in Petoskey and Harbor Springs. A nice bakery and ice cream shop within walking distance and Petoskey Brewing Co a 3 minute drive. 10 minutes into either Petoskey or Harbor Springs.Communication with the host was great! They provided a helpful online guide with access and Wi-Fi information, as well as recommendations in the area.We would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay! We couldn't help but feel relaxed in the condo and the loft area is very big. Everyone said they slept well in the comfortable beds. We are talking about plans for next year!

Petoskey vacation

This property is in an excellent location and has many great amenities that are all accurately described in the listing. Communication with the property manager was fantastic. I would highly recommend this property!

Hard to find the building because there was no address outside and you had to go inside the building and up the stairs to find the door. Hot water smelled like rotten eggs (sulpher) and water pressure in shower was lousy. The bath towels also smelled like smoke. It was clean and the surrounding property had beautiful flowers

Conveniently located, quiet, tastefully decorated.

We went to Petoskey to shop, The Beach house for dinner one night, a day at Pond hill farm, Harbor Springs shopping, and last day spent at Petoskey State park beach to swim in Lake Michigan.

Reveled in Petoskey/Harbor Springs Beauty

The unit was very clean, comfortable and had a spectacular view – just as described. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. We especially enjoyed the view off the pond with Round Lake in the distance, couped with our time down at the beach leisurely gazing at the sunset. Lovely location and near other tourist attractions (i.e., Harbor Princess sunset cruise, City Park Grille & Vernales restaurants, Harbor Springs shopping, etc.). The management company was very attentive to our needs and the staff was very helpful in answering questions prior to and during our visit. The group of us ladies played pickleball on the well-maintained courts. Although we were prepared for a dip in the pool that looked refreshing, we had little time due to other fun-filled activities. Thank you for a memorable vacation. We would highly recommend this to other families and friends.

Ski stay

The condo was clean, well appointed and spacious for our family of 5. Loved the location as well. The only issue was that fireplace was listed as an amenity and it was actually out of use which was a bummer on this snowy weekend. Pool and hot tub were great also

Perfect for the 7 of us!

Great location for multigenerational family stay. Everyone was comfortable and not crowded at all. Plenty of room to gather or spread out. Nicely decorated, loved the "fancy" touches too! Very enjoyable and close to everything we wanted to do. Thank you so much!

A delightful stay.

The condo is great. We reported a maintenance issue (toilet) that was not addressed before we left.Them space was a bit challenging for someone with Parkinson’s.

Wonderful Property

The unit we stayed in was recently redone and was beautiful. The complex amenities are impressive - indoor pool and hot tub, tennis and pickle ball courts, and small beach on the lake. It was an easy walk to a grocery store, bakery, and ice cream store. We have already made reservations to stay again!

Great location Harbor Springs & Petosky. Really close to Nubs & Highlands. Great Pool Nice

Overall, this location is great and the listing is pretty accurate. The couches are pretty beat up and not so comfortable. Also it says it sleeps 10 but only had 5 towels. The washing machine & dryers don't work the best so keeping up with towels was a real pain. Great location and overall a really nice place to stay my family loved it!
