Please Note: Our pool and hot tub need maintenance work each year and Spring Cleaning. The pool house will be closed starting April 27, 2026, and remain closed for approximately three weeks while tile work, painting and other maintenance work is being done.
Nestled in between Petoskey and Harbor Springs you will find this cozy 1 bedroom condo. Amazing location offering lake/beach access and use of many amenities including - indoor pool & spa, tennis & pickleball courts, basketball & much more. This condo offers a private forest feel with being a stone's throw from many shops, restaurants, & wineries. A short jaunt across the street is Petoskey State Park and Little Traverse Wheel way a 26 Mi bike & walking path connecting Harbor Springs to Charlevoix.
Our place is equipped for both long and short stays to make your holiday one to remember. Condo is equipped with all you need for your Northern Michigan Retreat. Sleeps 4 comfortably with a king size bed in the master and twin bunks for the kids. Fully Stocked Kitchen, Small washer/dryer combo. Desk area for those who need to combine work with pleasure. Electric fireplace and private deck for great sunrise views.
Ideal for all 4 Seasons! Our building in one of the closest to the pool house and tennis / pickleball courts. Easy walk to the front where you have access to round lake for swimming and kayaking in the summer. 5 Minute walk to Toski Sands one of the area's best delis also offering groceries.
