Completely separate from the main home, it features Saltillo tile and hardwood floors, a gas fireplace, all new stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher, microwave and stove, as well as a washer and dryer. The equipped kitchen has an eat-in dining area attached to a cozy living room with flat screen T.V. and a comfy, plush sofa. Off the living area, there is a quaint, private balcony ideal for relaxing after full day of site seeing. We use high quality linens and towels for our guests. Wine country birthday!

My wife and I had a wonderful 5 day stay getting reacquainted with Petaluma again and visiting several nearby wineries. Steve and Cat were wonderful hosts, and the location was a perfect walk to the downtown area!!
