Very nice room, a friendly host and well-organised. I arrived late at night but had no problems going in with the code that was sent to me. I would stay here again.

Quando si prenota un “hotel Gardenia” ci si aspetta, appunto, un hotel, non un B&B al quale si accede con un codice. Non un operatore presente, non una persona che risponda al telefono per spiegare alcunché. La camera non é “luxury”, la qualità dei materiali e il loro stato di manutenzione sono scarse. Le porte sono di cartone (grado di insonorizzazione zero). La macchina del caffè non funziona. Nel bagno non esiste una sola barra e alcun gancio dove appendere gli asciugamani usati. Il bidet non dispone di dispenser per il sapone. A parte i dispenser del lavabo e della doccia (uno dei quali vuoto) non viene fornito alcun “vanity” kit. Sulla porta del bagno un piacevole disegno astratto che si rivela essere uno spruzzo di caffè o di altro liquido dello stesso colore... La colazione viene servita in uno sgabuzzino, impraticabile per un claustrofobico.

Bella stanza ma bagno da sistemare

B&B moderno vicino alla stazione e in area pedonale. Non presidiato 24h e ci sta. Stanza molto bella con letto veramente comodo. Materasso solido e scelta varia di cuscini. Mega TV, frigobar con acqua omaggio e macchinetta caffè con cialde a disposizione. Personale cortese e ottima colazione che si prenota il giorno prima. Anche il bagno è moderno ma necessita di molta manutenzione: wc con asse ballerino; bidet senza erogatore di sapone (e in stanza non c'era kit di cortesia, solo erogatori fissi) ma il peggio è stata la doccia che non ho potuto fare: rubinetto rotto - anta scorrevole che copre solo metà dell'apertura condannando all'allagamento ma soprattutto ZERO acqua calda. Ci tornerei sicuramente, con il bagno sistemato!
