Two story, recently renovated, tastefully decorated, modern, Air conditioned (spit system downstairs and portable in 2 bedrooms), fully furnished home

Fully equipped kitchen, dining table for six, lounge room, laundry, outdoor setting, BBQ and unlimited internet.

This home is perfect for a large family with children or a group of friends exploring Perth's amazing northern beaches.
All bedrooms have electronic pin code door locks, wardrobes with draws

Family room includes surround sound stereo, SMART TV with YouTube, internet etc., couches, massage chair and dining table that seats six.

Kitchen with all modern appliances, Dishwasher, large fridge & Freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, oven, gas cooker, crockery, pots, pans and utensils.

Two upstairs bathrooms. One from the master bedroom ensuite, second with large bath and shower. Third bathroom downstairs with shower. Three separate toilets in the house.

Guests will Not be able to access the following area's which are used for storage and doors will be locked: Garage, Wardrobe in Master Bedroom, downstairs study.
