A gorgeous property close to the station and all that Subiaco offers. Walk to coffee in the morning and even a fabulous farmers’ market on the weekend or catch the train to Fremantle, the footy or the city. The property has all you need plus a secure backyard for pets.

The property was as advertised, and I was able to work remotely quite comfortably. However, the lawn area in the rear yard was overgrown and had lots of weeds. Being the height of spring, I was conscious of my dog playing outside due to the number of weeds with seeds (easily irritating a dogs' ears).
