Internal atrium precinct a little on the cold side, Otherwise, catering & service is amazing, all round service excellent, and Hyatt Regency is located perfectly to enjoy walks along the beautiful Swan River, and all the way up to Elizabeth Quays. Most enjoyable place to stay.
The staff at Hyatt Perth were great! Would highly recommend staying here. The views from my room were beautiful to wake up to.Room service food was exceptional.Great value for money.Would definitely stay here again.
I have been staying in the Perth Hyatt since 2009 it is an unusual sprawling hotel that maintains it charm, free buses have you in the centre of town in 5-10 minutes and the pool is a real highlight. Recomend :-)
Awesome place to stay at staff made you feel welcome and had a Family and Homely atmosphere will be letting all my friends know of my stay as well the Pool and sauna was awesome as well. I will diffenltly will be back here again for sure
I think this hotel is the nicest in Perth city I have stayed overnight at 70% of hotels in Perth city and there are many!! An oversupply I would say for our depressed economy. Perhaps not the largest rooms but service and Restaurent are great
A blast from the past from the 80s with its awesome cathedral-esque design. Lovely service, great location and ease of travel to City, Northbridge, Guildford road, tunnel, casino etc. Beautiful river views. Food is good, not amazing. Rooms are good, spacious and comfy, but it's not Crown Towers so don't expect that. Pool is heated and a great dip. The little sauna is neat too. Car parking is adequate and convenient but a little expensive - I suppose other places in CBD are worse. The price was better than I thought but be prepared to do your research for good rates from third parties THEN to present these to Hyatt to price match. Give your $ to Hyatt rather than the monopolistic cluster of American websites which steal vast amounts of revenue from local motels and hotels. Contact the Hyatt but be prepared to be on the phone with them a while to secure the cheaper rates. It's worth it as the Hyatt is a homely and unique place in a quiet convenient spot with lovely staff.
Hotel was good value, staff were welcoming and friendly. The rooms are spacious, clean and well appointed. There are good options for dining. The hotel is well located in the CBD, with roomy parking or easy access to public transport.
Huge hotel with miles to walk to your room from the lift. Bed very comfortable but pillows very hard so had bad neck pain the next day. Don't eat in the hotel as it is very expensive and there are cafes around that serve breakfasts much more reasonably. Car parking is also expensive but there is no free parking in Perth CBD so you will need to pay anyway. Staff were friendly but not overly helpful when asked about cafes nearby.
Found the accommodation to be very comfortable. Thought the price was very good value. Used the restaurant which we enjoyed and the service there was very good. One drawback was the main bar service should have been better and temperature warmer.
Outside my budget, but the Hyatt reminds me that a 5 Star hotel experience isn't as much about the infrastructure as it is about the staff. Hyatt does it well. The staff couldn't have been more helpful and unobtrusive.
