Good service nice clean rooms well looked after wish there more snacks to get at the bar food wise overall it was great , buses ran out front and no shotage of taxis would stay there again wished there was a few more things to do at the hotel

Very friendly & helpful staff. An elegant, tidy environment providing all of the facilities one could need. The rooms are contemporary, well styled and very functional. The Hyatt Regency is nicely located, near the heart of Perth and n0ot far from the Swan River.

We had fantastic service from the concierge to the reception in offering us the upgrade to the canape and beverage package in the evening and next morning. Wonderful upselling ! We all felt so relaxed in this beautiful hotel

The stay was pleasant but sorry, We don't think it is 5 star rating now has it's requires a revamp and modern look to make it the five star that it was in its glory at time. The gardens and the ugly concrete around the building requires a good clean and modern landscape.

Hotel is very old and dated. Staff seem to be going through the motions. The shell of a very nice hotel are still there but you need to look hard to find it. Much better value in Perth than this hotel. My first time staying here in about 7 years and nothing has changed. Very disappointing example of a Hyatt Regency. Driveway staff are more interested in reading the paper than helping guests arriving and leaving. Restaurant service is hit and miss. Regency Club is the one part that still offers the service level you would expect

Really its just another expensive 5* hotel. We had two nights, they were comfy and most pleasant. Our room was right next door to the Regency club which made it noisy, and admittedly I could have asked to be moved but I didn't bother. Overall a nice experience if you're into the big five star experience.

In recent times I have stayed at Crown, so hadn't stayed here for many years and decided to check it out. The hotel is still very well maintained and immaculately clean. Staff were professional and well trained. My room was immaculate, so clean. The bathroom was basic white tiles, not luxurious - and I dislike a shower over a bath. But again it was immaculately clean. I called guest relations as I had a sporting injury and needed some ice. Jake took my call and went above and beyond to make sure I had a bucket of ice and an ice pack. He should be commended for his professional and friendly service. I stayed on a cheap rate on this occasion, so my view was not pleasant at all. I would recommend upgrading your rate so you can enjoy views of the river. Choose a floor higher than level 3 if possible. Next time I am in Perth I will definitely consider returning.

The hotel was amazing. The staff were friendly and really helpful. As first time visitors, they gave us a map, showed us where we wereand where to go to. As we were within the city limits, transport by bus was free and the bus stop is directly outside the hotel. We had to ask the cleaning staff for extra coffee and sugar, as the container in the room had not been replenished. Also, on our last but one day, the dustbin in the room was not emptied. Breakfast in the hotel was expensive for what is was and the food was cold. The bar staff in the Conservatory were friendly and so helpful. All points were noted to the hotel reception staff on our departure, so hopefully, they will be addressed.

We enjoyed a very restful weekend. The staff made us feel special and the room was very comfortable. This hotel is in a good location for a relaxing walk along the river and we easily caught a free bus into the shopping centre of Perth.

Enjoyed a couple of days away from home with my wife Thanks to Hyatt and Luxury Escapes Good Value hotel Great service Also benefited from a great Luxury Escapes deal service Very good location edge of Perth Will stay again
